We have always Loved this venue. We see Several shows / yr. Clean, relaxed , fun setting and always sit in the same area up front. In light of the new Tipping Min Wage in SEATTLE went to 20.76/hr! FYI-We paid $85/ Including 25$in Fees! for a LOCAL band. No where on your site is it REQUIRED to order food or drink. (food- 50$ person). We Were going to order dessert (another $20). the waitress at first was nice, but, after we said we wanted to wait a bit to order just dessert- we didnt see her for another 35min (for a 2nd drink order)- 50$/4 drinks. She could have been more attentive and pushed the dessert order if she was going for that big tip she said we stiffed her for. when she gave us our bill/ we wrote " Min wage went ^^^ -(3 up arrows) , " 0 on the tip line to explain- Why we did not add on a tip. As the band was acknowledging us because it was my birthday, the announcer came up to us and told us we were RUDE! , saying we were sitting in a supper' section and didnt order, and should not have sat there. i tried to explain #1 I wasnt feeling all that well when we first arrived, & No2 the wage went up to 20!!! dollars an hour trying not to get into a screaming match with him !! Totally ruined our nite speaking to us this way in that tone too!. My husband was so upset, as well as me, I tried to tell the waitress , and all she could say in her passive aggressive way was 'no! You stiffed me"...wait WHAT??? to speak to the patrons this way is UNACCEPTABLE!! we PAID our bill! - how did we stiff you? just because you have this entitlement mentality!! and not for nothing, you didnt even deserve a 20% tip!! which you thought! we should pay you. waiting 35 min. for a drink? Bottom line- think before You tip now! these folks are making their cost of living ! ! especially in an establishment like this. and Teach your staff to not be so disrespectful! ...this is getting way too more prevalent in these restaurants and venues. ..I guess thats another reason many of them...

Absolutely horrible -- do not recommend. Upon arrival I found out our seats could not accommodate my disability. I asked if we could be re-seated and was told that we could pick any open seat 15 minutes after the show started. We arrived, as stated on the reservation, 1.25 hours early for dinner. Btw, it is Not necessary to arrive even 30 min early to eat, but we didn't know that. Anyway, the show started late and we waited the 15 minutes to check open seating, as we had been advised to do upon arrival, and moved to a booth where I could get the head and neck support I require (following 17 spine surgeries). By this time my pain levels were quite high. The Jerk that was apparently in charge came over and yelled at us -- during the show -- claiming that table was for someone and we couldn't move there. He was a complete As* and briskly walked off after yelling and telling us off. I then went over to his stand to discuss the issue and he yelled at me again saying no one gave us permission and we couldn't just up and change seats. I explained kindly that we had asked and been told we could move. He yelled again saying No, you can't do that. Again I explained why and that I had numerous spine surgeries and needed my head supported while sitting for long periods. He refused to allow us to use the booth, even though it remained empty and we had been given permission to choose it and re-seat ourselves. He said we could only sit in a half booth. I kindly tried to explain that doesn't support my neck and head like the full booth would. He didn't care. This is a Gross violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act -- denying an accommodation that is available, requested and needed. Never again!! Worst staff / head as* whatever you call him EVER. And did I mention the table remained empty?...

We had our hotel call in advance to ask regarding the lineups for none-reservations. The information relayed to us was “show up and line up for the show at 7:30pm and we will operate at a first come first serve basis. So we head out for dinner at Le Pichet, and cut our dinner time short so that we could be at the Jazz club and form a line 30 mins in advance. When we arrived, we asked the lady at the front (Laura) and she said the same thing as we were told earlier. We were the FIRST in line and patiently waited. More individuals showed up —a father with two children and three other groups of 2 like us. Fast forward to 7:45, lady exits and asks the father and three children to enter. Even though they had come AFTER us, they were let in before us. Then we were sure we were next. No. A group of two after us gets a text saying come on in. When confronted, Laura told us these were “special circumstances”. And “the manager preferred the group of 3 to take an empty table rather than a group of 2.” After waiting some more, we were told it was FULL. When asked for an explanation regarding why we were told to stand in line and first come first serve, those others were treated more specially, we were not given an answer. We requested to speak with a manager and he immediately offers us to come in free of charge, but we must stand and watch the show—at which point half the show was over. Never asked what was wrong, did not own up or take accountability for the special treatment situation that happened, disregarded our wasted time, and immediately jumped to offering us a solution that was especially degrading to our dignity—“why dont you stand a watch the show from up here… and I wont charge you.” No I...
