Worst customer service experience of my life, do not go here, you"ve been warned. My bf and I popped in before a concert so we had limited time. It wasn't our first time here and last time went fine. Today, however, the bartender was noticeably not paying attention. We sat at the bar forever before he even bothered to bring us menus. We put in drink and dinner orders immediately figuring he would be scarce. Food took a bit and when it came both dishes were wrong. My bf got onions when he asked for no onions and I got an enchilada when i asked for a quesadilla. When we complained the manager came over briefly and said she could fix the order. My bf asked what happened and where the disconnect was and she indicated it was the bartender and he was overwhelmed and then she disappeared. My bf asked the bartender if he was taking ownership of the mistake and instead of an apology he got a snotty attitude and said "well you don't have to eat here" and took away our silverware and plates and told us to leave. We said we wanted to speak with the manager and she avoided us for half an hour. We asked again and she said she didn't have time and to call the owner tomorrow. So i went outside whiley bf goes to the restroom and the bartender literally flips him off as he's leaving. No idea if I will get a chance to speak with the owner but i have lot of things to say.

Read moreFrom a party of 4, marginally OK is how we all described the food. We are all from Oklahoma and have eaten at many Tex-Mex establishments in Oklahoma and Texas. This restaurant's food is a lot different. A very important part of any Tex-Mex restaurant is the salsa. The salsa here tasted like tomato sauce with a LOT of chili powder. The waiter could not understand what I was asking for with the term queso. This restaurant was not necessarily wrong when they brought out a bowl of grated queso, however this is not the "typical" interpretation of the word. The waiter then became snippy with me as I did not tell him the word "sauce" with queso. I have never been to any authentic Mexican or Tex-Mex restaurant that did not understand this terminology and therefore I had no clue that I needed to specify any further. The waiter should know enough to clarify this when the order took place. When the queso sauce came out it was also very disappointing as they brought out there version of con queso. Again there was this spin on it with very heavy spice additions and was nothing similar to the typical Tex-Mex version. The same happened with the rest of the food. It was mostly bland and the reliance on the heavy spices was evident. I saw some other reviews where people are saying this is the best Tex-Mex in Seattle. This is not representative of what you might find...
Read more**Update sept 23. I feared when seattle shut down and restaurants had the large price hike (which i supported with open arms) they would never go back down. Seems like thats the case with Laredo.
We visited Laredo during the pandemic and payed the prices knowing it was going toward a place we like with an empty dining room.
Now the dining room and out door area is quite full every night and the fine dining prices have stayed. I mean, good for them if people want to pay insane prices. Few nights ago, i got a fajita quesadilla $18.99, 2 bottle mexian beers and chips. Tax plus tip came to 50 dollars. Are the prices on the food visible yes, but i was starving and stopped in. Think i just hit a last straw. Again the high price is not worth it.
I really like this place. Good food an nice staff but until the prices go back down (lol they wont) we will be staying away. Again im happy that they are making money but the food is not worth the price. We have been a million times and never had a bad meal and don't feel like garbage after we eat like alot of places. One of...
