went here & was super excited bcus i heard great things about this place and im so disappointed in the entire experience. first off, when we came in there was a family with a few children who were wanting pizza by the slice to go - the worker immediately was stand offish & kind of rude and was making their children a problem for no reason (the kids were hyper but not disrespectful of the establishment nor were the parents and the server had no reason to be rude about them). so from the jump, i didnât like the vibes but whatever we carried on. we were seated outside and i had asked for a beer by a new server once we sat. i just moved out here from out of state and i have a temporary ID and i was told they couldnât serve me alcohol due to washington laws and such and the delivery of him declining me was also a bit stand offish like the other server, it was a bummer but whatever no biggie. so we ordered our food and then we waited ⌠i vape but i didnât want to keep it in my purse so i left it on the table but wasnât smoking & our server came back and again, was stand offish, and said how i cant vape out there due to washington laws and that i had to step outside of the patio (which was literally 4 inches away from where i was sitting) if i wanted to and it just felt unnecessary of him to say? like some weird high horse i wanna be a dick to you type of way? so i just said ok and continued waiting for our food. food comes out and it was so very mid considering everything ive heard about this place so that was also a bummer but we ate & were ready to go. the server asked if we wanted boxes and i said two plz and he came back with one which was another thing that bothered me and at this point i became a karen over these small things adding up but long story short - this place is unprofessional as heck and if youâre looking for good service or food, donât come here ! regret wasting money on this place (edit: just looked at the other poor reviews as well and it seems the owners responses to customer complaints isnât professional either. all in all, i wonât be coming back but yall should do better! i rarely write google reviews unless i truly had a bad time so not only my experience but the response of management is insane! this is sad to see on...
Read moreVisited from California on a Thursday night with some friends. Our server was attentive and gave us the rundown of the menu and what to expect. Although we werenât impressed by the âhouse made sausageâ, my husband and I went back on Sunday night before heading back home to Cali.
At our Sunday dinner, our server (whom never introduced herself) was extremely rude (description- short blonde hair roughly 2 in. past the shoulders wearing all black on 2/25 with an oversized sweater). In so many words, she was seemed to have a chip on her shoulderâ she was aloof, lacked eye contact, and personality. She didnât explain the various pizza slices/specials (without my husband prompting her) and was super snotty to us. She didnât hesitate to greet the older white couple next to us and continued to ignore us for the next 10-15 min. My husband and I are a younger, bi racial couple and her attitude made me feel like she didnât want to âdealâ with us. It wasnât until I went to the bar to grab a drink for my husband when she approached me VERY aggressively/assertively and told me to order with her at which the drink was made by the bartender. I witnessed her say something to the bartender as she turned and walked away (this would be our last interaction of the night with her, although we still hadnât recieved our pizza). What was most challenging to accept is we had no idea this server decided she wasnât going to continue to take care of us for the rest of dinner.
Needless to say, for the rest of the night, we had a different server (perhaps a manager) who was very kind, personable, and checked on us frequently. She even treated us kindly when I let her know we were over charged for the drink I had already paid for at the bar.
Note- As I was typing this review I went to find the name of our second server/manager on my receipt, but realized that our final check was transferred to the bartender Antonio (whom we left a good tip for on both the drink and pizza check). Thanks Antonio for...

Rating: â â â â â
I had the pleasure of dining at Rocco's last year Boxing Day, a pizza place located in Seattle, Washington, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I entered the cozy restaurant, I knew I was in for a treat.
To start, we ordered the Caesar salad, and it exceeded our expectations. The freshness of the lettuce combined with the tangy dressing and perfectly toasted croutons made for a delightful appetizer.
However, the true highlight of the evening was the pizza. Rocco's pizza is, without a doubt, the best I have ever tasted. The flavors were incredibly well-balanced, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were generous. We opted for the half chicken pesto and half fun guy mushroom, and they were both outstanding. What impressed me the most was their flexibility in accommodating our request to turn the chicken pesto into a veggie pesto, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Speaking of size, the pizza was a mammoth creation, enough to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. The abundance of vegetarian options and substitutions available was also commendable.
Additionally, the staff at Rocco's were attentive and friendly throughout our visit. They must have sensed our enthusiasm, as they thoughtfully offered a take-away box for the inevitable leftovers. I have to admit, indulging in the leftover pizza for breakfast the next day was an unexpected delight. It held up beautifully, proving just how well-made and flavorful it was.
In conclusion, my experience at Rocco's was nothing short of exceptional. The quality of their pizza, coupled with the variety of vegetarian options, accommodating staff, and generous portions, make it an establishment I wholeheartedly recommend. I eagerly anticipate my next visit to Rocco's, and I am confident it will be another unforgettable...
