Very chic, comfy, modern and SPACIOUS café/lounge area! Porter apparently used to be for office employees only, so I'm happy it's open to public now. The menu had a good range of teas, coffee, and happy hour cocktails, with baked goods (Kyoto, Houjicha) from my favorite (Japanese/French) Mitten Bakery! Tables were evenly spaced out for decent privacy, with many plush chairs, and there's a variety of high quality, handmade gift/home decor/kitchen accessories for sale, imported from various countries in the world. You can also reserve private rooms for meetings etc. Also two very stylish and clean bathrooms. Staff were friendly and professional, thank you so much for the welcoming space. Can't wait to go back!!

I was walking aimlessly thru the streets of Seattle when I noticed this shop, and it is one of the most exciting shops I've stumbled upon. The ambiance is modern and eclectic with lots of plants and very intentionally chosen furniture. And the best part, lots of comfy couches. There is a ton of retail goods like Onyx coffee, wines, olive oil, pasta, everything inside Maslow's hierarchy of needs. The retail coffee averages from $19-$24 and one of them was Onyx's Tropical weather blend which I had on espresso. The baristas were very friendly, espresso was well extracted, and felt very relaxed in the space. Will be back again soon!

The aesthetic is beautiful and calm, kind workers, great work spaces and they sell small business products that you can check out right as you walk in. They also hosted an amazing Women in Creative Industries - Netweaving event by Anna Hart and two weekly Wellness Wednesday (8AM&11AM) workshops upstairs at The Studio at 2+U. The workshops include guided yoga, healing breath work and a meditative sound bath with Raiza de Vera - highly recommended.💗

First time visitors to Seattle. We got off at the wrong train stop and stumbled across this place after a long day of travel (from Ottawa, Canada) and a 45 minute walk in the sun, with luggage. Put simply, it was amazing! After a delicious and thirst quenching beer, Ashton made us an amazing BLT using fresh made Focaccia bread and heirloom tomatoes. When the staff found out we were from out of town and wondering what we should do, they got together and made us a list of their favourite things to do in the city. The vibe of this place makes it a must visit! The snacks are incredible and the staff is unbeatable. Thank you so much to Gemma (or Jemma) and Ashton for an incredible first experience in Seattle. My wife Brigitte and I highly recommend this as a stop on your visit to Seattle. We also recommend it to all the...

The space was pretty cool, and the tea was good but expensive. Had a strange interaction with the barista though…when I brought my water glass and cup back to the counter to clean up after myself, instead of accepting it, the barista rather dismissively directed me to another part of the room to put it on some other table that was relatively hidden in the back. Not a huge deal, but it’s just strange to have an employee promptly deny you when you’re trying to be helpful and make you go through an extra step and when they could’ve just taken the dishes from me and said thanks. I thought to myself “Heck, why don’t I just wash it for you while I’m back here!🤪” I’m sure they’re a great barista, but just left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, and probably wouldn’t go back given the number of coffee shop options...
