Probably the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. The guy was great but the girl was embarrassingly rude. We arrived at 7:50 with 2 young kids to get ice cream and she tried to not serve us because she “had a family to get home to.” Sign on the door says they close at 8. There was another couple already in there who said we were with them and the lady literally threatened to call the cops on us. The guy was nice and served us with no issues. However this lady should honestly be fired immediately and I would suggest you stay clear of this place if you’re wanting ice cream anytime near closing unless you want to be talked down to and threatened by staff. Young girl with brown hair dyed blonde, and wears glasses is very unhelpful and unprofessional. Seems to hate her job and acted like I was the devil for ordering multiple ice cream's, and I mean two. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she needs to get over herself and do her job. I purposely gave the other girl a tip and did not give her one. Plus she didn't even care to mix the toppings into the ice cream, she slapped him on top. What's the purpose of the cold stone?! she then proceeded to sneeze right next to my ice cream.
