Hubby and I went to get some candy. Picked up the buy 2 deal on Reese's. We tried them right after and they tasted off and not good. The best buy date was from April 2020 over a year and 3 months! I went back in and asked for an exchange (not even a refund) and was told they couldn't take back the candy or do anything for me. One worker tried to delegitimize what I was saying by saying the candy might have tasted bad because they get hot on the truck and sit on the shelf a while leading to poor quality. This made it even worse, because now the whole thing seemed very dishonest. I suggested taking the out of date ones off the shelf and pretty much just got an eye roll and sigh from one of the employees. The other said the best she could do was offer me a discount next time. She scooted the candy back toward me and just looked at me to take it. She didn't offer anything in writing or even ask my name to write a note, so we all know how that goes. THIS IS MORE OF A SHORT STORY INVOLVING THIS STORE NOT A REVIEW REALLY: So I went there and seeing a very large variety of gummies I asked for the sourest item in the store (despite that the store is called IT'SUGER!). The lady there suggested a gummy pack including individually wrapped sour candies that were supposed to be extraordinarily sour and for a suicide mission she recommended to take 2 at a time! Coming back to the car with friends, we challenged each other on how many of the candies we can take at a time. Well, needless to say I won the challenge as I could take 3 together with no apparent change in my facial expressions! This place was awesome!! They had many varieties of candy and really cool things. There were so much candy that I had forgotten about and when I saw it I instantly remembered. Some which included war heads and coca cola gummy bottles. They have huge gummies too. They are really cool because they are big gummy worms, bears, pizza, and s ok much more. They do have gummy packs to like a small box of pizza, burger combo, sushi roll platter and more. I felt like I could stay in their for days. They also have candy that are from different countries like Kit Kat. Well their you can get mint flavored ones and some other flavor that I couldn't figure out.
