This food truck is so good! The soups are not just broth they are packed with flavor and ingredients. They are savory and hot. No added salt needed. Perfect! The pot pie was really good and filled to the brim with warm corn and potatoes and chicken. With cute little baskets on top. Maybe get a few more in the side... The poblano relleno didn't have big chucks of peppers like I expected but was delicious and flavorful. Beans were cooked right and cilantro was fresh. I stayed in seward for the weekend, asked around for some food recommendations, was told if you are looking for soup, this is the place to go! i couldnt agree more. they have a menu of soups they always have and a weekly special. I got the weekly special, which was the french onion this week. Im finishing it now and it is hands down one of the best soups ive ever had. They have a good variety and vegetarian options. and if youre unsure what to get she is more than willing to give u a sample. the soup is $14 but worth every penny. I cant wait to come back to seward and try this...

Soup flight in beautiful little ramekins, served by the chef herself, with bountiful toppings, in a gorgeous spot with a beautiful view of Marathon Mountain. I was sold as soon as I heard “soup flight.” And it did not disappoint. The witty soup names are the cherry on top.
