Excellent customer service experience. A guy that works there named Dusty,went above and beyond the call of duty.I bought a fuel pump there and forgot my receipt on the counter.When I got home (4hrs from seward,) I went to install the fuel pump and realized i didn't need a fuel pump at all, but only a fuel filter. Without my receipt and being 4 hours away from point of purchase,I was screwed. I called and talked with Dusty at the Seward Napa and he was able to look up the transaction and fax a copy of the receipt, to my local Napa store, where they happily refunded my money and sold me the fuel filter I needed. Without Dusty's help, I would have been out $200. Not only did he save me $200 but he made me a Napa fan. I will now buy all of my auto parts from Napa,just because I was treated so well. The Seward napa is full of friendly,eager to help employees. If I had it my way,I'd give Dusty a raise for his willingness to help a customer in need. A big ol fat raise...

We came in frantic, having electrical issues with our RV, and not knowing anything we could do. Jon spent extra time with us and came out to help with the RV and take a look. The amount of care and concern he had for his customers is unheard of these days. He found us the right piece and then helped up fix up something else so we could be smooth sailing. We had a problem that we thought would last us all day to solve. Thanks for Jon at Napa, we were able to only have a 20 minute detour and were back to enjoying our wonderful time in Seward. He even told us tips to do in the area and drew us a map to where we could see salmon. To say he went over and beyond is an understatement.
