Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Sharonville

So I decided to stop by here today and bring my elderly dad who is on a walker and they have a Orwell at least they're supposed to have a fish and lobster meal for 13.99 however they said they don't have no lobster show me the I asked is there anything else you can use to accommodate that or you know like fish or anything like that and they're just like know and they're really rude and it's evident and obviously clear that this is a black restaurant not for white people but of course I'm not racist so you know I don't think like that however I can clearly see that they did and they were just giving me the dirty looks and that smug face they have and we're willing to help us in any way shape or form and then at that point I was worried about them spitting my food even if I were to order anything else so I just told my dad they're not willing to accommodate anything so I think we should just leave because they don't like white people clearly yes there was one white female worker in there but she clearly looked miserable and a lot of people think that racism can only be white people hating black people but that's not actually the case and I don't never say this or use this word racism lightly so if you are white and you come here don't be surprised if they do something to your food I was going to get their names but there is no point if a restaurant allows workers like that to work here then nobody should even come here period and honestly that really sucks because we really wanted to eat here especially considering that the nearest Captain D's is 7 mi away which that's where we originally wanted to eat but then I told my dad why would we drive 7 miles and we can just stop down here at Long John silver's in the last time that I ate a Long John silver's we had mealworms in our food which was in Portsmouth Ohio and that was like almost 20 years ago and I have never ate from a Long John silver's since then but then today I decided that I would give it a try and this is what happens so I will never be coming back to a Long John silver's period probably ever...

I'm going to start by saying this is the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my life.... We we got there by 7:35 I guess store was closing at 8:00 all the food we got was terrible everything was hard and cold we tried calling several times last night and this morning so when I got done working I went up there to see see about getting a replacement I talked to I guess the day manager he gave me such a hard time told to go back and get the food which I did an brought back waste of time and gas because y'all made a mistake I asked for corporate number he said he is corporate he wouldn't do nothing but stand there talking crazy then he told me to get out I have never seen nobody so unprofessional in a manager position it's like he was mad at me y'all gave me bad food so customers beware this place is terrible if you ever have a problem he's going to give you the hardest time and then try to send you away like you don't mean nothing this restaurant will never do well with that type of attitude get it together my mom pops my whole family like Long John silver but I promise we'll never eat at that location again..........

Was on the fence about continuing to eat at LJS. Probably would get a craving a couple of times a year anyway. Only get the fish sandwich when the craving hits. Today I was at the Tri county LJS for a fish sandwich around 1230. I guess the employees are required to pay for customer use condiments out of their own pocket after the way this guy acted. I asked for 5 packs of tarter sauce, and his comment was - all that for a fish sandwich with an attitude that was enough to irritate. I didn't see a sign that excess condiments are an extra charge, and I don't think I need an employee to comment on what I ask for. He couldn't bother to put a napkin in the bag or come back to the window when I motioned for him to do so. I expect the next time it crosses my mind to stop for a fish sandwich, I will choose a different restaurant. Shame that people don't realize that the very people they interact with are the reason they get a pay check from that establishment. Too many restaurants to choose from these days.
