If you love fresh and hot food along with great customer service then don’t come here. Told them my food was not satisfying and appealing and they didn’t even want to resolve the issue. I had to talk to so many people to ask them to resolve the issue. They didn’t want to remake the Pizzas and they didn’t want to give a refund. I had to make them give me something for my concerns.
The food was cold and the appearance of the pizza was not appealing enough to eat. It looked rushed and not made with care. The manager Jeff was rude and unprofessional, the woman manager as well was extremely rude and sent unrealistic threats. They were the worst of the worst and horrible representations of the company. I’ll never return to any dominos. They were the lowest of the low when it comes to customer service and resolving customer concerns. They were negative and lack accountability along with empathy for customer concerns and the situation at hand. They lacked integrity and respect for the company and customers. They refused to listen to my concerns continuously interrupted me on the phone and in the store. The manager/ store owner was uncooperative and attempted to call the police and have me banned for a complaint. They also informed me that the customer is not right and that is the thing of the past, it’s 2021 no one goes by that said Jeff the manager. I plan to take this situation to the Highest of the high since the manager told me this is a franchise location and they can do whatever they want. I believe the other manager name who thought she was going to whoop me was Taylor but not sure never got her name. Tall goofy looking white girl with glasses acting big and bad until it’s time to really be big and bad.
Rude managers and employees. Unprofessional lacking morals and professionalism. Lack of empathy, sympathy and concern for my experience. Unwilling to resolve issue fully took three people to get the issue somewhat addressed even still they were nasty. Just nasty rude people at this location and I’ll be taking this to the BBB, writing reviews not only here but google reviews and yelp. Along with sending a letter to corporate and speaking with a legal representative over the threat from the employee. I will also be sure to tell those in this area about this location. Read moreThis place could be great. But they get in their own way. I don’t know what kind of leadership they have but it’s terrible. Ordered a pizza at 9.30pm and didn’t t receive it by 11.00pm so I decided to go pick it up. Arrived at the store was told that the food was not even ready! Although the app stated that it was. And it had been almost 2 hours! The customer ahead of me was so upset. He’d waited 2 hours too! There was another young lady in there and she was upset that the pizza arrived wrong and cold. When I finally got to the counter and was informed that my food wasn’t ready, I ask them how long would it take. I was told another 7 t minutes. At this point it’s already 1120. I just told her to give me a refund and I’ll go somewhere else. The person who issued my refund had the worst attitude. The other young lady was very apologetic and said she understood because I had told her that I had ordered the food for children, and it was now really really late. I understand at seven minutes in the short amount of time but at this point it was just about principle. At no point did that store reach out and say they were behind. They kept progressing the tracker to say that the food was already ready and it wasn’t. It’s just terrible customer service, and they were so unapologetic. Read moreJust ordered a pizza online and came to pick it up, when I arrived there were signs on the window asking to call for your order due to Covid-19. When I arrived at the door they had it taped off. I didn't have my phone with me at the time so I saw an employee who sitting down on his phone watching something. So I knocked on the window to get his attention for 5 minutes and no response. So I drove home to call the store and speak to the manager. I contacted the store and the person answered identified his self as Kevin, so i asked to speak to the manager.....Kevin stated he was the Manager. I explained to Kevin that I was at the location and didn't have my phone when I arrived and explained to him that I was outside for 5 minutes knocking on the window trying to get his attention. He stated "If you knocked on the window that means you came across the barrier." I explained to him that I did have to cross the taped off area to knock on the window...He should have been paying attention to his store instead of his phone. No sympathy for his actions at all or the fact that he was wrong..... Asked for his Last name to contact Domino's customer service to launch a complaint......he would not give it to me. Never took responsibility for his mistake and said he would gladly cancel my order and I never said I wanted to. Bad customer service!!...
