McDonald's — Restaurant in Smyrna

Consistently rude rude rude they don't get the food right practically ever in the Drive-Thru they act as if you're inconveniencing them even though you're just ordering food from them which is their whole reason for being in business. On my last visit after applying a discount my price actually went up.

Then after ordering two 10-piece McNuggets and asking for two different kinds of sauce I was only given one sauce. I had to wait in the Drive-Thru window for 5 minutes just to get somebody to come back to the window even though they had walked past me five or six times. Then when they begrudgingly opened it and expressed their frustration that I was still there when I told them that they did not provide the sauce that I requested even though I had already verbally confirmed this when they handed me my food. Instead of an apology for not providing what was on the receipt what I ordered and what I double-checked to make sure was there and was lied to how about, instead they told me that I was going to have to wait to get the other sauce.

I have never heard that ridiculous response before in my life. Then I could see them walking back and forth clearly for no reason other than to annoy. Occasionally they stop in speak with a manager probably cussing at me because I wanted a sauce that was actually in her hand half of the time she walked back and forth pretending to be doing something. All this for something that was supposed to come with chicken nuggets to begin with.

Then because of this wait for something that could have been just handed to me or given to me properly in the first place I've got disgruntled customers behind me revving their engines up like they're going to run me over because I'm sitting there waiting for the food that I was supposed to get.

The icing on the cake was the absolutely disgusting taste that all 20 McNuggets had as if they'd been drenched in oil that had been sitting and spoiling for months and then stuck under a heat lamp for 6 hours. I'm not buying that they love to see me smile because that is one thing that does not happen at this location.

Both of the McDonald's in Smyrna on Spring Road and on South Cobb are the most pathetic McDonald's in Georgia. After countless complaints they do nothing because they're franchise owned. Every other month they're Under New Management and have new crews in place but somehow always end up having the exact same problems. It's a shame this sometimes this is the only food available in the area because I would be thrilled to never have to visit one of these locations again. This is years and years of ridiculous...

This McDonald's is the worst managed, most nasty staffed place I've ever been to in my life. It only seems to get worse. When you try n complain to corporate office about them, they call you back from corporate office and say, that they are aware if the issues at this store, and will pass the complaint on to the local management team. Either corporate never passes on the information or the local owners just don't care. Last visit one person was running the register, taking and filling orders, during height of breakfast rush, cars were lined up all the way around building, very few people inside. I chose to go inside to order, it took almost half an hour to get my food, then when I finally received it, of course it was wrong. The manager who was "running" everything said I hadn't ordered what I said I had, took the receipt off the machine threw away. When I asked then if I hadn't ordered what I said I had, if I could then order it, he said no. I told him that the attitude of the team was extremely poor, he stated well then don't come back. Then turned his back on everyone else in line. I asked him his name n for a minute he completely ignored me n everybody else until myself and a couple of other customers left. THIS IS MY REVIEW NOW--*1⭐️Curbside I sat there for 25 minutes then finally had to pull up to the drive-thru who told me to go to window 1 where no one assisted because there was no one there. I then see the woman bring food to another person in the same curbside spot #3 as mine. I called her she didn't reply to me until she walked back into come to the window 1. She apologized for the wait went to go check on my Frappe, which was actually sitting at the 1st window I pulled up to, which it shouldn't have been. After the extra 25minute wait I in total waited another 10 for them to get it right. Which they didn't they gave me a half.made frappe and with no apologies or other options before she walks away said,"oh we don't have any whip cream,"

There was a point where this would be the only McDonald's location I would go to when I visit because their food was fast and fresh but there's been a big change either in staff and/or poor lack of management to assure employees are guaranteed customer satisfaction. Until the change, I've gone over to Wendy's until there's a better customer service...
