We had been looking forward to trying the new place in Sonora. We went in and it was really cool looking, but that's where the good stopped. We waited over 5 minutes behind a group of four who had apparently been waiting awhile; as they finally left we wondered why. We realized as we stood there 15 more minutes and several employees buzzed by us with not even a glance even though I tried to wave them down. I finally touched a waitress on the shoulder and she cleaned a table for us and came back to wait on us. SHE WAS THE BEST PART OF THE ENTIRE MISERABLE EXPERIENCE. The pizza (that took over 30 minutes) was soggy, tasteless and the crust was non- existant. The garlic knots never came until we asked and then were delivered at the end of our meal were drowned in liquid butter and garlic and were hard round balls of dough. My cranberry walnut salad with chicken was head lettuce ( a ton) and very little shriveled amount of dried out hard cranberries, burnt honey roasted walnuts and NO CHICKEN. Done and done; never will we do that again and it's too bad as the place is cool and Nickii our waitress was sweet as heck even though she admitted she thought someone else had delivered the garlic knots and then fofgot to realize that we...

We went there on the way back home from Strawberry CA, we were 3 families. While checking in, there were empty tables, we were okay to sit separately as we are 3 different families, but were denied to impose the large group gratuity of 20%, this should have already raised red flag, but we continued as the kids were tired and Pizza is a great option without fuss with kids.

Food took bit of time to reach, some of the pizzas were good and some were alright. The issue was the plates that they gave was already soiled / unwashed plates. When we raised our concern to the waiter, he threw those plates on the entrance / greeting table.

Waiter had no remorse, no apologies or anything. He gave us new sets of plates but if the kids started to have their food on those plates then we had bigger issue. Please have quality control, you have your prices pretty high, you are not dominos or Pizza hut with budget pizzas! With 200+ $ bill, the last thing that we expect is bad service and attitude to be shown when we are doing what should have been done by the restaurant.
