We recently went to Auntie Anne’s and were charged for five orders of pretzel nuggets when we clearly ordered three with three cokes. We then asked if we could get our three Coca-Cola’s the lady at the desk refused to take off the pretzels and give us our Coca-Cola’s and told us no. We then got back in line to wait all over again, and she still overcharged us for our pretzels even though we didn’t take them, nor touch them. I wish I could give this place zero stars.
