Jordan Gateway Grill — Restaurant in South Jordan

I went here for breakfast with my 3 kids (10,8 and 15 months) and it didn't seem as busy because there wasn't that many people but it took about 10 minutes after sitting down for someone to come and order. After that it took almost an hour for our food to come. With 3 hungry kids (especially a 15 month old) they were all getting hangry and it wasn't fun trying to keep them from being annoyed and crying and we kept being told that it was coming. A manager came over after I asked how long it will be and she kept saying we will check but our food just seemed to not be coming. She then came over and asked what room number we were in and after I told her she said our food was on the house and we didn't have to pay which I honestly appreciated. A group of people came in after us and their food came out within 5 minutes so it just made me wonder why ours took almost an hour. We didn't really enjoy this experience and went somewhere else for breakfast...

The food was horrible and the service was not much better. We ordered the wing appetizer. The wings came out cold and overcooked. About 30 seconds later, the entrees came out. My wife ordered the pulled pork sliders. Whatever meat was in the sliders was not pulled, but diced and was raw in the middle. The Diet Coke was completely flat and tasted like dirt. It appeared that there was only one person working and she was taking care of the restaurant and room...

Very nice and clean hotel restaurant. Prices were fair. The bartender Jackie ( I know I spelled it wrong), was the sweetest ever... very personable. I was traveling alone and sitting alone and she made me feel like I was an everyday customer... five stars for her.... too .. the food was great try the salmon you will not be...
