Tacos El Fogon — Restaurant in South Snyderville Basin

Went 3 times. Disappointed every time... this last time got a burrito. Menu says it comes with cheese guacamole and pico de gallo on the menu but it was just meat rice and beans. Steak was very salty. Why have a menu if you don't follow your own ingredients? Won't be returning... Rather go to other Mexican restaurants and not be disappointed anymore. Not sure what these other people are raving about with 5 *s. People in Utah are horrible foodies and easily give positive reviews. Ordered the “quesadilla al pastor, includes rice and beans.” Quesadilla was delicious! Rice and beans were nonexistent. Asked the guy, where are the rice and beans? He says no rice and beans with quesadilla. Hm, I see. Your menu indicates otherwise. I’ll come back but for now I am deficient in rice and beans....

We drove several hours out of our way just for these AMAZING tacos!!! Talk about melt in your mouth! Best tacos we ever had!!! Sure wish we had one closer to our house, but it’s definitely worth the drive! We also tried the red salsa & chips and they are spiiiiicY and sooooo good! We highly recommend Rio...
