Tucked conveniently across the street from my office in Kendall Yards, Hidden Bagel and Scoops is a gem of a dual-concept shop that effortlessly combines savory delights with sweet indulgences. Having visited twice last week, I can attest to its irresistible charm and delicious offerings.

On my first visit, I opted for a pesto bagel sandwich, and I was immediately impressed by the freshness of the ingredients and the bold flavors that danced on my palate with every bite. The bagel itself was perfectly toasted, providing a satisfying crunch that complemented the creamy pesto and savory fillings inside.

The second visit was all about satisfying my sweet tooth, inspired by seeing a fellow patron enjoying a delectable-looking ice cream cone. Hidden Bagel and Scoops did not disappoint with their selection of small-batch ice cream flavors. I’ve lived in Spokane for 12 years now. I’m from NJ/NYC, happen to be Jewish and really love a good bagel and lox. Finally, Spokane has one! The bagels are big and chewy. Great bagel and cream cheese selections, The lox is abundant and tasteful. Tomato, cucumber, pickle onion and capers were included. I had mine on a salt bagel. Yummy!!! My only suggestion is the construction of the “sandwich. Correct order is: cream cheese, lox, tomato, onion, capers and cucumber at top. This allows you to hold everything securely. I absolutely LOVE their bagel sandwichs. My all time favorite is the rosemary seasalt breakfast sandwich with bacon, add avocado, tomato, and sprouts. It's so delicious hits the spot and yummy. My partner got the grinder bagel sandwich and said it was also amazing! They also sell their day old bagels in bags for like 5 bucks which is a steal.
