PLEASE BE SURE TO SCROLL DOWN REVIEW FOR UPDATES! KEEPS GETTING WORSE! The food is usually not the best. I have had burgers that werent even wrapped. The wrapper was in the bag but not on the burger. It is now a normal thing to get fries that are old and soggy even microwaved once. Special orders are regularly wrong. The baconator fries have some kind of greasy water sludge on the bottom of the try. ALWAYS.
11/08/2021 UPDATE: Almost didnt get my whole order. Glad I caught it before all the way home. Zero napkins again. No fork for my Baconator Fries. 😞
3/04/2023 UPDATE: Mobile app order. WHY OFFER THE OPTION TO CUSTOMIZE YOUR ORDER IF THE EMLOYEES ARENT GOING TO BOTHER TO FOLLOW IT? Ordered 2 Jr Bacon Cheese no lettuce or tomato add ketchup and pickle. Both had lettuce and tomato ? and ketchup and pickle. ? Fries were soggy and not warm. Like eating sweaty fingers. The soda didnt taste the best and the baconator fries were not heated. The cheese was all still in shreds and not heated to melt over fries. I use my rewards for a chicken nugget for free. Right before pulling she said oh wait I forgot bbq sauce. Guess what NO NUGGETS!!! I dont know how much you guys realize how order problems like ALL the ones in my order last night, can ruin the entire meal. Made complaint.

Read moreOf course it's a very busy location BUT.. no excuse for the drive thru staff to rush everyone to make their order. The woman was beyond rude, kept saying are you ready?? I said just a moment please, then she said it again. I said I need a cheeseburger, before I could tell who what kind, she said like which one you do know we have many, I said I realize that I am with my 4yo grandson and he is talking while you are, a child's cheeseburger and a small frosty. When I pulled up to the 1st window, I handed her my card, because she wasn't looking right at me when she grabbed me it dropped on the ground. Different girl,still rushed,apologized as there was a car smack dab behind me, I couldn't back up, so she said just pull up and you should be able to grab it. Well I dud, got my card, got back in my car, then couldn't back up to give it to the cashier because the guy behind me wasn't paying attention to what had happened and moved up when I did. So she hollers out the window just pulling to the window and I will grab it there. So I did, the lady gave me my order and when I didn't pull away right away was rude and said is their a problem? Read moreMy food is ALWAYS wrong! It doesn't matter if I order through the app or in the drive thru. If you order something and they don't have it they just give you something else without your knowledge. Several times I have received the wrong order, things made incorrectly and things will be missing or potatoes will be over cooked and cold fries. Last time I went there they took it up on themselves to give me nuggets since they didn't have the potato I paid for. They didn't say anything about it, I just happened to notice as I was pulling out of the drive thru. I immediately went back through and told the person on the intercom what had happened. She told me "I don't know, I just take your money not your order". I asked if I could talk to someone in charge then because she should know if she's the one who takes my money and hands me my food. The supervisor apologized and explained they didn't have what I ordered and paid for and offered a way to fix the issue. I agreed and pulled up to the window. After waiting there for about 5 minutes someone finally walked up to the window, slung a bag at me and said, "by the way my manager told me to tell you that if you are going to talk to an employee with that attitude that you will be permanently 86'ed" then slammed the window in my face and walked away. I will NEVER go to this Wendy's again! Worst customer service...
