If you like traditional ramen that’s packed with flavor, this isn’t it. This is an okay broth with plains pre packaged dry noodles and anything pickled they could get their hands on with a few slices of thicker cut bacon. This didn’t pork belly like you will be expecting if you’ve had good ramen. Most of the flavor (which is very very mild at best) comes from the pickled mushrooms and so it has a tangy flavor to it. No spice and no heat at all in the broth and again the noodles are plain so that just sucks up what little flavor might have been in the broth. If you’re craving great ramen, look elsewhere.
