Dunkin' — Restaurant in Summit Township

Super disappointed in the Dunkin located in Erie, PA. I placed a mobile order and when I pulled up to the drive thru someone mumbled something in the speaker and never said anything after that. I pulled into a parking spot and took my child out went inside and the girl working was very rude. Their Dairy machine leaked everywhere and they were cleaning. I asked how long it would take so I could take my child to daycare and come back and she rudely sighed and said I don’t know. She kept making comments of if one more thing happens I’m leaving and then I hope I slip and fall and can hold Dunkin responsible. Very rude and unprofessional. We stopped here on our eight-hour drive home and wish we had gone to the Krispy Kreme we passed or the Tim Horton’s across the street. We ordered five glazed chocolate donut holes, but received four. When I let the worker know, she asked me if I wanted another one. Number one, yes - I paid for five, I would like five; number two - how about, “I’ll get you another one,” rather than, “Do you want another one?” Well, gee, I paid for five, I would like five, please. The glazed chocolate donut holes were not glazed, they were just soggy chocolate donut holes. The chocolate on the Boston cream donut was almost thick liquid consistency rather than the normal icing topping in other DDs. And because of that, nearly all of it was stuck to the wax...

Man who worked today in drive-through orders around 12 was asked a few questions about your guys‘s products. Unfortunately this man had no desire to give us any information because we were sitting in front of his menu. However, the seasons have changed we were looking for our white mocha coffees. If yall ask this drive thru for help u will be told that the menu should have it right there in front of ur face. Don’t ask for service there. This man didn’t even have the respect to come back to the window to service us after we ordered at the kiosk. Thank god he had his assistant she was very sweet. She came to try n smooth over the fact that your service skills failed you. I hope yall have a better day and remember that we ask for ur help not...
