I come to Starbucks every single day for breakfast and sometimes lunch I came through the drive-through I asked for a protein box. The lady said she was out of them, then I asked her for the cracker box and she said she was out of that as well, so then I asked her OK I will take the jalapeño hot pocket and she told me she was out of that too lol at this point there’s not really anything I wanted, so I asked if I can just at least have a cup of water and she said sorry I can’t give you a cup of water either I said even after I just wasted my time coming to a drive-through and I’m stuck in a line now and you can’t at least give me some water? she said NO, I thought that was wrong because I went there with the intentions to buy something that they did not have not 1 or 2 but 3 different items. They did not have. That’s not my fault I could’ve at least got a cup of water. I literally wasted my lunch break. She told me people abuse, the water there and I said I totally understand, but I intentionally came here to buy something that you guys didn’t have. It’s not my fault so anyways in my opinion, all the money I spent at Starbucks and to be denied a cup of water on a hot day after I wasted my lunch break was pathetic and poor put Customer Service very petty...
Read moreI’m not one to usually write reviews. But for the third consecutive time I have been to this location, I have had a great experience that I feel needs sharing. The first time I stopped here, my card wasn’t working, but she put my order through anyways. I was so grateful for that, I decided to make that my Starbucks whenever I go. I started Mobil ordering from there. It is ALWAYS ready waiting for me. Even if I space it and place the order later than usual. The second time I went, I forgot to add cream in my Mobil order and instead of just giving me some on the side, she re made my drink in front of me and even upgraded my cup to a larger size free of charge. The third time (today) I ordered the drink correctly but with extra ice, and they put it in a larger cup to make up for the extra room the ice would take. This is incredible customer service. Read moreI have been coming to the Temecula Starbucks at Overland and Jefferson for more than a year now. I stop by at least 3 to 4 times a week, and it’s a great experience every single time.
The staff here are great! Everyone is friendly, and 100% focused on doing everything they can to provide the best experience and food/drink items for their customers. The queen bee (store manager) Val, and her trusty sidekick Lindsey, always keep things running like a top. The rest of the crew are forever cheerful and helpful - they clearly enjoy working here. This ensures a pleasant visit for the guests, every time.
The store is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. During warm weather, I enjoy sitting outside at one of the tables, shaded by the traditional Starbucks umbrellas. They have a good selection of Starbucks merchandise too.
