Very disappointed with this schlotzkys , I’ve arrived to pick up my order that was done online and accepted by the store, confirmed at 830pm, just to find out that the location closed before it’s publicly posted hours- I arrived promptly @850pm
It’s frustrating because there are several drivers waiting to order assuming the location is open, based on its store hours and with in the time it took me to post this - I was doing my best to try and get in touch with the staff to see if I could even pick up my order. they are closed and do not answer the phone - now I can not pick up my order or prove it was not collected- money wasted during a time when pricing is going up and this how businesses want to justify their price increases. Service is still a priority and expected regardless of cost of goods.

After posting the above I had to come and update my findings. As I was leaving the parking lot, two staff members were leaving for the evening. i asked why the location was closed early. I was told they close at 9pm, so they confirmed, they closed at 9. I then explained that several of us were waiting in the drive thru for orders and mentioned I called the location just to pick up my order and there was no answer.
I asked why they accepted the order, knowing they were closing early. Then they asked what I ordered- then one of them states that all orders were tossed.I asked why they asked for my order if they just tossed everything. This was not ok, because some of us are PAID customers with nothing to show for it. It becomes more frustrating, when they seem to have packed several bags of food for themselves and yet those of us who also ordered are left with with out. I explained I was in the parking lot, & expressed I would be contacting management in the morning. the boy seemed to have gotten upset and said they didn’t close early, and told me to get out of here!
Sincerely disappointed and schlotzskys stakeholders should be embarrassed of this behavior and customer service at one of their locations.
Reading the reviews seems to be a reoccurring problem. Management doesn’t seem to be able to get this location to a satisfactory level like it’s affiliated counter parts.

Back in February I had earned and received rewards for a free sandwich. Went to location to get my " free sandwich". Ordered sandwiche , went to window to redeem rewards and associate said she could not get the rewards to work. So I ended up paying for " free sandwich" . The system took my rewards and associate took my money. Was told by manager I had to contact corporate to get my rewards added back to my account. I provided copies of the receipt that I paid and after multiple and I mean multiple e mails I still have not got this issue resolved. According to last e mail it WILL not be resolved. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Hope the rest of the world out there have better luck with this company. Update!!! Because I CANNOT get the issue resolved about being charged for " Free Sandwich" because associate made a mistake in trying to redeem my rewards I ended up paying for free sandwich. Read moreOn 1/25/2004, I spent $44.66 at this location and didn't receive my entire order. I added to my order by making it a meal which should have included a drink and salad dressing for the salad that I added. I didn't receive the drink or the salad dressing, but I didn't know it when the food was received because I had my daughter pick our food up. When I called the store I was told I could bring all of the food back so they could verify what I was saying was the truth ( because I guess I would lie about a drink and salad dressing), which would've been super inconvenient. He seemed to be extremely rushed because he then hung up in my face. He did say he would take a look at my order online, however, this was a lie because he didn't even get my name or receipt number before hanging up in my face.
