Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in The Colony

I had an unfortunate Uber experience. Not understanding that Uber was unaffiliated with Canes, therefore ordering independently when arriving at Canes, I came to Canes to get relief.

It was one of the best customer service moments that I have ever experienced. I hope that this is supported by their management, as noone should get in trouble for making another's day better. No matter they took complete and wonderful care of me.

When Uber missed 3 of the items ordered and misordered the drinks, I came to Canes asking for then to rectify the order. I believed that they. Canes, had mishandled it, handing over the wrong order to the driver. I thought the driver had just not checked.

Once I understood. I asked if I could just order the missing items, then taking up the issue with Uber. However Canes said that they would simply give them to me. Flabbergasted, I asked if I might pay. They insisted on taking care of us and making our night a better one.

I have to tell you. I appreciated it. It is why we come to this small store to eat. They gives us a great product, which includes their amazing service and kindness.

In a world that has forgotten civility and courtesy, Canes not only remembers. They live it. And, for my part, I am grateful.

Ok, so I used to be a frequent patron here or any other Canes for that matter but since my last visit and I do mean my last, I've realized I pay so much for canes sauce. Without the canes sauce their chicken doesn't hold up in it's own and being this is practically their whole menu it's just no practical anymore. I tried to eat their chicken without the sauce and it's the most bland chicken EVER! Why did i not come to this conclusion prior to this, perhaps because I would take golden chickens zing packet and season it for that lil kick but I didn't have any on hand this time and I was just too disappointed in what I spend for the lack of flavor. As I have given up on fast food, canes being the last and happy to oblige and say good bye. I work to hard to spend my money on mediocre. Their fries we good w golden chicken zing spice pack too. Went here today with my family / kids and got the rudest cust experience in over a decade. One employee (Jenna) was extremely rude to us about us not knowing we couldn't dine in there (it was odd b/c every restaurant around them was open for dining so we didn't know - but that's no reason for her to treat us like 2nd class Americans and talk down to us. I spoke to a manager (Catlin) who surprisingly completely backed up Jenna and said she wouldn't do anything about it. Catlin said "she's just upset b/c she normally works drive thru". I asked her "what does that have to do with anything" and she said "nothing" and smiled at me. Obviously these people are used to getting away with this in that store and have no leadership. Whats odd is we literally drove across the parking lot to another fast food place and there was 15-20 people dining inside and 15 cars in a backed up drive thru.
