I was there on 6/09/24 at 1:37 PM. I would’ve done this survey earlier but I had lost the receipt and I found in my car today, I’m glad I did because I wanted to bring up the cashier’s hostile behavior towards another employee and a customer (myself). I had ask for a chicken burrito as usual, I’m there at least 2-3 time a week. The young man who was preparing my burrito had an excellent attitude and greet me and everyone else who was before me with a smile. He prepared my burrito and once the cashier took over to wrap my burrito and cash me out, here’s when all the problems began. The cashier named “Julio” or at least that what my receipt says, not sure if this is the correct name for this person. That’s why I specified the DATE & TIME at the beginning of this survey so the correct person can receive the proper coaching. He grabbed my burrito wrap it around and tossed it on a paperbag, he then told me my total was higher than usual and when I asked why he told me it was because I got a double chicken burrito… I told him I never asked for the chicken to be double and he then went on to yell at the other dude in Spanish and asked him if my burrito was single or double chicken and the initial employee who prepared my burrito confirmed it was a single serving of chicken. The cashier gave me a nasty look and started to shake his head and told me my new total after he changed the order to charge me for the correct amount. As I was paying he kept yelling and whining to the other employee telling me he needed to put less meat on the orders… I found the way Julio talked to his co-worker being very disrespectful, specially the tone and verbiage used, he was also taking care of other customers and it was very awkward for everyone. I moved on to just grab condiments for my order and when I noticed there wasn’t any green hot sauce I had to go back and ask the cashier for hot sauce (Julio) and with another nasty look and attitude he told me they were next to the drink station and I told him there wasn’t any that’s why I was asking him for more…? He continued looking at me as if he wanted to assert dominance or intimidate me which I found very disrespectful and quite funny at the same time because he doesn’t know who I am. Anyways, He went to the back to grab the sauce and as he was walking back he turned around and looked at me again with a nasty look as if he was trying to assert dominance and when he walked back I made eye contact with him and I guess that really pissed him off and he walked up to me and got on my face and told ask me if I had a problem? Once again, trying to assert dominance, acting like he wanted to fight me. I went on to ask him what was his problem was? All I asked for was hot sauce and he was pissed off from the beginning because he didn’t get his way and charged me more… I asked for his name and he said he wasn’t required to tell me… Not sure if this is true or not, maybe that explains why none of the employees had a name tag… which is weird because every single restaurant wether is fine dining or the most basic fast food joint they all have name tags!!! I had to take a picture of him so I could add it to the survey or send it to a supervisor so he can get the proper training he needs. I turned around and told him to have a good day and I will see him next time. I come here to this location very often and I’m not going to stop coming or sharing my experience here. I want to be contacted by the Area Manager of this location to this discuss the behavior of his employees, this is totally unacceptable and next time I visit if Julio is there and he’s behaving the same way again trying to intimidate me I won’t be “Mr. Nice Guy” anymore and I’ll teach him a lesson.

Walking into Chipotle, I expected the familiar smell of fresh, sizzling food, but instead I was immediately hit with the harsh, burnt scent of overcooked chicken. When I took my first bite, the texture was dry, tough, and almost bitter from being charred—it was so unappetizing that I couldn’t even finish it. To make things worse, as I dug further into my meal, I discovered a black strand of hair tangled in the food. The sight alone turned my stomach, and I instantly lost any appetite I had left. What unsettled me even more was looking around and noticing that none of the workers preparing food were wearing hairnets. Watching them move quickly over the open ingredients made me feel uneasy and honestly grossed out, because it was clear there wasn’t enough care being taken to ensure cleanliness or hygiene. Instead of feeling comforted by the idea of a quick, satisfying meal, I left feeling sick, frustrated, and completely disappointed. I’ve eaten at Chipotle before and know the quality it can have, but this experience was the opposite of what anyone should expect. Between the burnt, inedible chicken, the hair in my food, and the lack of visible sanitary practices, I left appalled and with no desire to return until major improvements are made.

I had a very bad experience last Sunday. I am a big fan of Chipotle but I think the restaurant at woodlands have changed a lot and not for good. I was extremely disappointed 😞. Dinning was a mess. Extremely dirty trash over floaded. Bathrooms were dirty not paper. Chips were all burned and the food wasn't tasty. Service manager didn't care about my comments because I requested a different bag of chips but they were all bad. The line crews not friendly and the masks half way on. If they have to wear mask should be all covered. Not half way. I love love Chipotle but I don't think I will be back to woodlands with this experience. The manager from this store need to train better the crew and service managers. I won't say anything if the store is busy but was completely empty. Only two people dinning and nobody in the line. I don't usually leave bad reviews to Chipotle because I love Chipotle but I have to say something about this store. You will loos lots of customers!

I rarely leave reviews but today at Chipotle Woodlands was one of the most UN-enjoyable restaurant experiences I have ever had. And that's saying something because I have eaten all over the world in some of the worst conditions you can imagine. We arrived and there was a line, no problem...except there were no tables either. In many cases tables of four were taken up by one or two people and there were two tables that held 8 people and they had three or four people on each of them. That's their policy though, first come first served, but when it's busy they need to get involved and try to help people get seated.

Ok so on to ordering food. I had to help order 5 meals and some of them were for kids. So after the first two they are barking questions at me for what kind of rice and beans while I am trying to get the other three orders in, then they started serving the guy behind me before I could give them all my burrito orders. Then they were asking me for the fillings for three burritos AT THE SAME TIME lol. I know they were busy but THEY just need to be patient and remember to try to make the experience enjoyable for all their guests. Otherwise what is the point in coming? I almost walked out in frustration but they finally listened to me to SLOW IT DOWN and I managed to get out of there with my food in some sort of Olympic record time. It all happened so fast that they forgot to get the drink orders for two of our meals. I don't really blame the staff for all this except the scowling girl on the burrito press, but I do blame the executives who are lazing back at home around their pools while theses poor kids are tearing their hair out. To their credit a junior manager came to my table and apologized but he then told me it is like this EVERY Sunday!!! And how long is management going to let customers be pushed through their stalls like cattle? For average tasting burrito? Never again for me after this.

Chipotle has nice staff and average food but on Sundays this is NOT the place to take the family if you want to maintain...

I usually do not write negative reviews, because it could impact someone's job, however, I have ordered from this chipotle multiple times from work, for my lunch, and each time, I think that it won't happen again, or maybe last time they had a bad day, because it happens when it comes to delivery. I get it.

Every time I order from here, they mess up my order. Every single time. They don't put the sauces that you order, nor do they include your chips, or the order is completely messed up and wrong. I thought, perhaps I could be unlucky, but I think this location is either super busy (I have never been in person), or they do not care about quality when it comes to their online delivery orders.

Ordered today and it will be my last time from this location. Veggie bowl (white rice, black beans, lettuce, guac, corn and pico de gallo). The rice was literally white rice. Cilantro-lime white rice? No. This was plain white, and soggy... and the lettuce was practically non existent. I ordered two chips, one that comes with red sauce, the other with green and a side of queso. Received the red sauce, no green and a sub of large sour cream... Very disappointing. This is like third time they have either forgotten sauce or completely sent me something else.

I got doordash credit, and reordered because it was a wrong order. Ordered a side of queso and chips with green sauce (since they don't have a option for individual side sauce...). Still no sauce. Just a bag of chips. Ridiculous. Thankfully Doordash protects its customers and refunded me pretty much fully. And the order itself is printed out and pasted on the very front of the bag itself, so I know it is not an issue on Doordash's end, telling them what I ordered.

I decided to leave a review so that maybe it can help whatever management runs that store. Because it seems that other customers, per the reviews, also have issues with the...
