The Tankard Tavern — Restaurant in Town of Lake George

We reserved one of the fire pit spots outside. It was nice. People come and put wood in and start the fire for you. They come every 20 or 30 minutes and put wood in. The drinks seemed a bit small for what we paid. They bring your apps and dinner out to you. The issue with it is that I ordered prime rib and all of the food comes in plastic take home trays. Good place to view the lake, grab some food, and hang while having a drink. The staff was a little disorganized and took a little while to get to me. Perhaps 'party of one' gets overlooked from time to time. Once in the queue, there was a little more activity.
