White Lion Room — Restaurant in Town of Lake George

The minute we walked in we sat right down. However, we were not approach for over 20 minutes. I had to stop the waiter and ask for coffee and inform him we had yet to be served. He apologized for the wait, took out order and we waited as others who had arrived after us with a larger families get served. The staff appeared confused and disorganized and the restaurant did not appear to be busy. I'm not one to write bad reviews but this is so unexceptionable. During our hotel stay at the Fort William Henry hotel we decided to have breakfast at the White Lion. Service was ok - there were less than 10 customers. I ordered an omelette with vegetables and steak, and the mess I was served contained vegetables that had obviously been pickled, and very small bits of steak that seemed to have been steam cooked, devoid of any texture and just chewy mush.
