Where do I even start? Let’s begin with the unnecessary commentary. The woman at the register and writing the orders down, couldn’t keep her mouth shut about our bikinis. I’m sorry but isn’t this establishment right across from the beach? I saw plenty of other people wearing swimsuits. Instead of keeping her comment to herself, she couldn’t help but to trash talk to the other CUSTOMER in front of us about our choice of swimwear. “This isn’t Walmart” said the woman at the register while looking at us, and the woman standing in line couldn’t help but say “I know right”. Like how low in your life do you have to be to pick on women who are comfortable in their own skin? They both starred very hard at us, which would make anyone uncomfortable. It was very obvious. If you’re going to hate on women wearing bikinis I’d recommend relocating your business.This establishment is very judgmental. The prices for the food are ridiculous. I bet Walmart has better food than this place. Will make sure to tell other people to not come to this place. Such terrible...

Ordered pickup, including extra thick milkshake. The estimate said it would be between 20 and 30 minutes. 28 minutes later, I was told the order was ready. Perfect.

There is no free parking nearby, so my husband was circling, and I got out as soon as we got the order notification and walked for about 1 minute. The cashier said, “it melted a bit, so the shake is no longer extra thick. Is that okay?” Usually thick milkshakes take a few minutes to melt enough to drink, and I was in a hurry since there was no parking, so I said it was fine.

However, the milkshake was not just no longer extra thick. It was lukewarm. I admit that I should have tasted it then and said something, but I had no idea it was even possible for it to get that warm that quickly. Nor do I understand why they couldn’t have just made it right before notifying me that the food was ready. They did not appear to be busy; there were no other customers or pickup orders in sight.
