It’s taking 30 minutes and counting to make an açaí bowl..I work at a coffee shop and I make them myself. It takes two seconds to prep. The place seemed super understaffed. The wait is absurd for one açaí bowl. Definitely not worth $15. Even watched the girl behind the counter go on her phone instead of taking care of stuff and the girl in back of house came out to chat with the girl behind counter for several minutes instead of making food 🤦♀️ this was my first and last time here for sure.
Edit: finally got my açaí bowl after waiting for 40 MINUTES. The fruit is fresh and the toppings are okay but the açaí is not even that good. Definitely not worth $15 and DEFINITELY not worth the 40 minute wait. The girls who were working were unpleasant.

Read moreI can’t say enough great things about Emma at Fresh Tracks! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and taken care of. Her energy is warm, friendly, and genuine—she goes above and beyond. I know it’s not easy when one adult and 5 kids walked into a place to order food. It was around lunch time so I was kinda aggravated. She made sure to be extremely patient with me and daughter who suffers from autism.
Emma is incredibly knowledgeable about the products and was super helpful in answering all my questions without being pushy. You can tell she truly cares about her work and the people she helps. She made the whole visit enjoyable and stress-free, which is hard to come by these days. Especially when you have a screaming kid who just wants strawberries.
If you’re stopping by Fresh Tracks, do yourself a favor and ask for Emma. She’s a true gem and made my experience unforgettable....
Read moreFresh Tracks is a very alluring spot with ample seating and delicious açaí bowls! They serve generous portions which compensates for the slightly steep cost. I’d recommend the bowls over the smoothies, which in my opinion are more worth your money. The staff are very sweet and accommodating. Overall, I was pleased with my experience here. This spot is a cute and genuinely necessary gem in Lake Placid. It offers a refreshing dose of fun, flavor, and charm that would make the town feel a bit less...
