This Starbucks needs new leadership. It’s my last resort Starbucks, as in - I need a pick me up and don’t have time to specifically NOT go to this location.
Cons: Order accuracy, 3/5 times my order will be input wrong. Small things…. Like forgetting to order my breakfast sandwhich or ringing in the wrong drink. Usually not an issue, I don’t mind asking for a new drink. But I’m on my way to work… I don’t have 30 minutes to spend waiting and then trying to figure out what’s wrong with my drink, to only find out it’s the wrong drink entirely; and YES I do check to make sure it’s mine before picking it up.
-being the only person in line and standing there awkwardly, while baristas try to avoid eye contact with me. Like I get it, you’re busy. But say hello, idc. Let me know you see that I’m here waiting.
-lobby is never clean.

Read moreThis experience was horrible. Half of my party ordered ahead and the rest of us ordered in the store. The order of the drinks being made was not the order people actually ordered in. The guy behind me got his latte before I got my tea… I don’t know how that made sense. The part of my party that ordered in the store also got their drinks before the person that placed a mobile order like 10min before us. The entire time we were waiting for our drink to be MADE was over 20min. THEN one of our drinks was made wrong. The ONE out of 4 baristas actually making the drinks had no concern for other peoples time or customer service. He was making one drink at a time going literally as slow as possible and obviously not making the drinks in the order they were placed. Also, the entire store was messy, they were out of syrups, trash everywhere and nothing (napkins, sweeteners, displays, etc) was restocked. This was absolutely a horrible experience. Read moreThe ONLY reason they got a star was ao.i could comment. I started working at a store located in the same parking lot about 3 weeks ago. This is the 4th coffee that they have handed to me that looked and tasted NOTHING like what I paid for. I pay extra per shot, and didn't get the extra shot, paid for extra caramel and didn't get any, asked for light ice - and it's on the sticker -- I couldn't fit the straw in the cup because she had packed so much in there. The sticker also says extra heavy cream and she handed me a venti with enough liquid to ALMOST hit the third little line on the side. The rest was air and ice. I brought these things to her attention and even showed her the label on the side of the cup and all she said was, "oh." This was my expierence this morning but surely not the first frustrating thing to happen here. Guess I'm going back to making my own - I'll be damned if they charge me all that to have it taste...
