Wendy's — Restaurant in Tukwila

Food was ok never expected much it's fast food for a reason but some of the staff was rude and and appeared to not care about there's jobs waited for over 6 minutes for someone to realize I was there 2 blonde girls had ordered before me kid seemed very friendly towards them as I walk up he quickly turns around and comes up with any excuse he can to not help me when he finally payed attention I got a "what do you want" not a hi how can I help u no smile attitude in his voice as If me ordering 3 burgers was a huge inconvenience to him I said thank you have a good one as I got my food from the counter and was ignored entirely will never be back to a Wendy's first time in my life trying it and I could not be more disappointed in there customer service and there men's bathroom is absolutely disgusting floor I said a mess like it hadn't been swept poop on the backside of the toilet and wouldn't flush smelt like death in there have been in outhouses that...

Went through the drive through around 7am paid with my debit card, the employee did not hand my card back with the receipt like most other places do. Didn't realize it until later on that evening, called the Wendy's to confirm my card was there, and I quote "we have a lot of cards here" they did have it, the worker didn't check my ID to make sure my card is actually my card when I went back to pick it up, and biggest problem of all, my card was used for a bunch of international calls from Boss international calling app. Most likely from one of the employees. Left message with corporate, no response back going on 2 days now. Either pay with cash at 16300 west valley hwy, Tukwilla WA location or don't go there at all!! I don't have 100% proof that it was an employee, the timeline of the unauthorized withdrawals from my account, line up perfectly with wendy's not giving my card back, and I had never had any issues prior to this event, mixed with...

I've never had such an awesome experience at a Wendy's in my life and was not expecting to be so blown away. I am super judgemental on how restaurants maintain their establishment in conjunction with the quality of food provided, and this Wendy's checked all the factors on my list. Greeted when I walked in, predominantly female staff with great morale laughing and actually enjoying work, employee wearing a T-shirt saying "Best Fries, No Lies", and they were!! I had the Asiago Chicken sandwich and she had a Biggie Bag, all dialed in and cooked to perfection fast and efficient. Their menu is updated and streamlined very easy to read and figure out what you want fast. The highlight for both of us was the cleanliness and refreshing smell of their bathrooms haha.
