Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Tulsa

This place was GREAT. The gals there were understanding of the situation. My truck, semi, was in the shop. I was staying at the hotel across the parking lot from them. I also did not have a way to use the app.... This said I walked up to the drive thru.... Requested to order if possible.... 99% of these type places, no walk up window or inside service, will not allow you to because of safety reasons ... These ladies were soooooooo amazing... They allowed me to order at the drive thru window!!!!! .. I have been here, stuck at the hotel for 8 days waiting for my truck to be repaired.... The last 4 mornings their smiles and customer service have been one of the few bright spots if my stay here in Tulsa.... Thank you all for understanding, and FANTASTIC...

Me and my mother came in the drive thru and ordered two $1 coffees one with creamer and brown sugar and the other one was a French vanilla and the woman on the intercom said okay gave us a total of $2.23 or so. And when we get to the window the lady said her new total was $5.79! So my mom tries to figure what's going on and she gets her manager and she just agues with my mother about prices and then finally just charges us what she should and gives us our coffee doesn't apologize after just arguing with the customer, and the French vanilla coffee was a plain cop of coffee no creamer no sugar no flavoring nothing! I work in customer service and I'm pretty disgusted by the people at this coffee shop! You all should be ashamed...

I pulled off the highway Saturday morning on my way out of town to see family and in dire need of coffee. Ordered their Caramelicious® blended drink with oat milk. When they asked if I would like an extra shot of espresso I said Yes, Please! Got back out onto the highway before I realized I couldn't taste any espresso much less an extra shot. I probably should have known because the drink was a creamy white color but I had never been there or ordered this drink before. The worst part.... It definitely was dairy and not oatmilk. I was glad I got to my destination in 30 minutes because I was in so much pain and missed out on some of the family events that day. I like the idea of drive through coffee but scooters is on my...
