Always Awesome, but a bit irritated... Instead of going thru the Drive Thru, I decided to walk inside to order a drink and while they're was only one person before me, it took 20 minutes to get our drinks (me & the lady in front of me), While the customers in the Drive Thru (the ones who arrived Much later than me) They Were SERVED FIRST! They were Literally Having SPEEDY FAST Service!!! Meanwhile, we stood there and watched, the incredible amounts of people going thru the Drive Thru. The Drive Thru wait was TOPS 3 minutes from start to finish!! While WE Waited and Waited and Waited for our one cup of plain coffee for the lady and my mocha Frap. And we stood there for at least 20-25 minutes!! Now, if the solution is that the drive thru employee is much quicker than anyone else, then hire more of her. And is the employee that waited on us, at a Glacier Pace, I suggest either TRAIN her better or fire her!! Because that was Ridiculous!! Now if the Drive Thru gets SERVED FIRST, before any of the customers that decide to park, walk in and place order? Then why have the store front at all? Just make it a Drive Thru!! The older lady, in front of me.. commented ... Why does it take them so long to make a plain cup of coffee, when my kcup at home takes 3 minutes or less, and then she said..We need to go jump into our cars and go through the Drive Thru to actually pick up our orders..I agreed!! She was very angry and I was definitely getting...
Read moreLove these guys! I average out stopping there about every other day, maybe a tad less on my way to work. They are always extremely quick, granted there are some who work the drive through window who are better then others BUT!, the difference is maybe waiting a minute versus two, either way, quick! The only time when I haven't been completely happy is the one Friday I stopped by a girl was working the drive thru window i had never seen before and she got my order wrong but they have MORE then made up for that since (I didn't even complain or say anything, it's just who they are!). These guys make great drinks super quickly and are always happy and kind to see you. This morning I was in my 5th day in a row of barely sleeping over an hour a night and was just exhausted, I stopped by and a blonde guy working there completely made the rest of my day great by just helping me as I struggled to find my wallet and rush to work. He just went beyond the extra mile because he saw someone having a hard time and in a rush and he cared enough to want to make sure I left happier then when I showed up! Read moreKinda slow making drinks. No ne in front of us in line but was a wait. While waiting I rested my hands on the large wood counter behind espresso machine - UGH!! Was covered in gunk - tiny droplets of spray from the syrups - over several days it seemed some were sticky new, some were tacky mother bumps were hard and dry. Lack of training or management means the customer side of counter was ignored for awhile.
