I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! They handed my sandwich after they gave it to the wrong person & it was open. It ended up as dog food. I don't want a sandwich after someone else had it!!!!!! But will not be back. I'm one of the exempt for medical reason not to wear a mask. I called & ordered food. They said they can't serve me. So I never got the food. At least I didn't pay for it....... 4 days & they haven't responded to this. It's discrimination that I can't get served because I have a medical issue! Spoke with manager today & everything has been worked out. I would hate stop going here. I'm here twice a week sometimes more 😀. Well, I changed my mind again. Not sure the employees are even trained. My cheese steak sandwich was the size of my cell phone. Not like normal. Cold & soggy. Three subs, one giant #26 hot chicken bacon ranch +extra bacon, giant #9 provalon instead of swiss, & reg #9 provolon instead of swiss. For starters not a single person in there wanted to be there and made it very clear that I was a burden for coming in and ordering a sandwich or askimg them to do their job. Secondly the #26 was still half frozen and was missing items, both #9's barley had three pieces of roast beef on them and two slices of turkey but enough lettuce to feed starving cows. The place was a mess and soda all over the floor that was sticky, trash everywhere etc. . Read moreWould not recommend doing order pick up at this location. It is very busy and there is no organization with the pick up orders. I was at the pick up counter for 10 minutes, 15 minutes past my pick up time. I went in a few minutes past pick up time because it was so busy and the past several times, I have had to wait. The employees asked all of the door dash drivers behind me for names but did not ask me. They were busy and I did not see the order so I just waited, at the counter.
