Andy's revist... really enjoyed the first visit/review, but the shop was not fully open, due the Covid. This visit Andy's was in full go mode. The best thing when approaching from down the Hall was the aroma... I was loving it! Getting to the counter was very enjoyable because of the sight of many varieties of great looking pies. The shop was set up nicely and efficiently. Another great surprise was the sit down bar along the side of the shop, around the corner. Sit down tables are also available across from the service counter. So... about the quality of the pizza. Simply put the pies are exceptional, outstanding actually!! The best quality pizza pies I've had in all of Northern VA to date. The sauce was light, yet had exceptional tomato flavor with a touch of sweet tang to it. The cheese was great quality and was very well dressed and blended on the pie. The quantity of cheese was smartly applied, not overly done. The pie was exceptionally well balanced to allow the sauce to sing and stand out. The cook of the pie was the most pleasing aspect: thin, but not overly so; outstanding crisp to the beautifully textured dough and fantastic color to the crust; the cheese was a great golden brown; oh yeah, and the pepperoni was crisped on the edges only. The only aspect of the pie I would recommend any alteration would be a bit more flavor to the crust. May be the only minuscule shortcoming, if any. One very small side issue was the only drawback I experienced. Two of the staffers were actually eating/drinking in the work prep area, which is a no no. The manager walked out to check on the tables and bar area. I shared the concern with him. He took ownership and responsibility for the misstep, he apologized and he stated he would take care of the matter to resolution! Bottom line is simple... the pizza is fantastic and well worth the drive/experience. Check your area as Andy has opened a number of location around the DMV. You'll be happy you did. Oh yeah, as a strong side note... the pizza is great cold and reheats super well. I'll be back as a recurring customer, not as a reviewer! 😍

I visited on a Sunday afternoon to see how award winning New York-style pizza tastes. Urbanscape in the Tysons Galleria hosts this eatery along with a couple of others, although this one seemed to be the busiest. I ate at the counter where a sole server gave me a menu. Service seemed rather straightforward yet conversational at times with a Premier League match playing on the TV. I ordered a few items to sample the offerings here: chicken tenders, burrata salad, a slice each of sausage and peppers and the pepperoni special, and one of their ice cream sandwiches. Outside of the pizza slices, food arrived in some kind of packaging. Chicken tenders came in a box that belies the freshness of what was inside. The tenders were warm to almost hot and had a definite crust which was seasoned without being salty. The burrata salad has soft, fresh burrata as advertised that goes well with the lemon dressing and arugula. Pizza slices arrived warm on paper plates. The flavorful crust stands out as simultaneously light and crisp that supports the sauce and toppings no matter the combination. Toppings are restrained as with New York pizza. The pepperoni special pleasantly combines a couple of unorthodox ingredients with smaller pepperoni cups. Eating two slices can be close to a guilt-free experience to be sure. The packaged lemon ice cream sandwich had a satisfying consistency and subtle lemon flavor in the cookie and ice cream. The total cost of my meal amounted to a fraction under $40 excluding tax. I could see myself visiting again with a couple of friends for an uninvolved but elevated pizza lunch.

Andy's Pizza Tysons Corner is a small pizza restaurant located in Tysons Corner, Virginia, and it's definitely worth checking out. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that this place is different from the typical pizza chain. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with warm lighting and a laid-back vibe. The menu offers a wide range of pizza options, from classic cheese and pepperoni to more unique toppings like shrimp and pesto. Each pizza is made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection in a brick oven. The crust is thin and crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the toppings are generous without overwhelming the overall flavor of the pizza. In addition to pizza, Andy's also offers a variety of salads, appetizers, and sandwiches. The Caesar salad is a standout, with crisp romaine lettuce and a tangy dressing, while the garlic knots are a must-try for any garlic lover. The service at Andy's is friendly and attentive, with staff members who are always willing to answer questions or make recommendations. The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating both inside and outside. Overall, Andy's Pizza Tysons Corner is a fantastic spot for anyone looking for a delicious, authentic pizza experience. The quality of the food, the cozy atmosphere, and the friendly service all combine to make it a standout choice for a casual night out or a quick bite on the go. Highly recommended!

Andy's Pizza offers a unique blend of a modern yet cozy atmosphere, which makes it an inviting spot for both casual diners and pizza aficionados. The décor balances between contemporary and nostalgic, featuring rustic wooden tables, industrial-style lighting, and walls adorned with vintage pizza memorabilia. The open kitchen concept allows diners to watch the pizzaiolos at work, adding to the vibrant, energetic vibe of the place. The soft background music, coupled with the hum of conversation and clinking of glasses, creates a lively yet comfortable environment. The service at Andy's Pizza is top-notch. From the moment you walk in, the staff is welcoming and attentive without being overbearing. They exhibit a thorough knowledge of the menu, offering insightful recommendations based on individual preferences. The servers are prompt, ensuring that drinks are refilled and courses are delivered in a timely manner. They manage to strike a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness, making you feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. Andy's Pizza boasts a diverse menu that caters to a wide range of tastes and dietary needs. The classic Margherita is a standout, with its perfectly balanced blend of fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. For those seeking something more adventurous, the signature pies like the Truffle Shuffle or the Spicy Calabrese offer unique and bold flavors. The menu also features a selection of salads, appetizers, and desserts, ensuring that there is something for everyone. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are also thoughtfully incorporated, demonstrating Andy’s commitment to inclusivity. The quality of the pizza at Andy's is exceptional. The dough is hand-stretched and baked to perfection, achieving that ideal balance of a crispy exterior and a chewy interior. The toppings are fresh, abundant, and well-distributed, ensuring that every bite is flavorful and satisfying. The sauce, a secret recipe, is rich and tangy, complementing the creamy mozzarella beautifully. The ingredients used are clearly of high quality, from the fragrant basil to the spicy pepperoni, contributing to an overall elevated pizza experience. Andy's specialty pizzas are a highlight and showcase the creativity and culinary expertise of the kitchen. The Truffle Shuffle, with its luxurious truffle oil and earthy mushrooms, is a decadent treat, while the Spicy Calabrese packs a punch with its fiery Calabrian chiles and robust Italian sausage. Each specialty pizza offers a harmonious blend of flavors and textures, pushing the boundaries of traditional pizza without losing the essence of what makes it beloved comfort food. Considering the quality of the ingredients, the craftsmanship of the pizzas, and the overall dining experience, Andy’s Pizza offers excellent value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially when compared to other gourmet pizza establishments. Portion sizes are generous, ensuring that you leave feeling satisfied. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Andy’s Pizza, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome, and the ambiance was inviting and cozy.

The highlight of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Ayman. He went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Ayman was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and had excellent recommendations that truly enhanced my meal.

As for the pizza, it was absolutely divine! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and the toppings were fresh and generously applied. I opted for the classic Margherita, and it was bursting with flavor. The tomato sauce had just the right amount of tang, and the cheese was wonderfully melty and delicious.

Overall, Andy’s Pizza exceeded my expectations in every way. The combination of delicious food and exceptional service, especially from Ayman, makes this place a must-visit. I will definitely be returning soon and recommending it to all my friends and family!

My second time: My visit to Andy’s Pizza was nothing short of a gastronomic explosion—a fiery fusion of flavors that left my taste buds dancing and my soul thoroughly satisfied. From the moment I entered, I could sense I was in for something extraordinary, but nothing prepared me for the stellar service and electrifying energy Aymaan brought to the table.

Aymaan, the maestro of hospitality, radiates charisma and expertise. This man doesn’t just take your order; he guides you through a culinary journey with the enthusiasm of a connoisseur and the charm of an old friend. His recommendation was a stroke of brilliance, and you can tell he lives and breathes the art of pizza. The way he describes each topping and crust style—he could sell ice to an Eskimo! He made me feel like royalty, going above and beyond to ensure my experience was unforgettable.

Now, let’s talk about that pizza. A single bite was an explosion of flavor. The crust was perfection—crisp and airy with a whisper of smokiness, creating the ultimate foundation for toppings that were as bold as they were refined. The sauce was rich and tangy, and the ingredients were vibrant and fresh, melting together in a delicious symphony. Each slice was a crescendo, building up in intensity and flavor, leaving me wanting more with every bite.

Andy’s Pizza isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a high-voltage experience. With Aymaan’s magnetic service and a menu that delivers pure bliss, this place has set a new bar for what pizza should be. Andy’s is an absolute must for any pizza lover, and you can bet I’ll be back to...
