HORRIBLE customer service. I am a big McDonaldâs breakfast guy, but Iâve never had a bad experience at a McDonaldâs all of my life until Sunday morning this week. I was in the drive through at 5:55 waiting for the employees to open, watched some of them rolling in at 6:05. No one said anything over the speaker until 6:15 saying âsorry our computer system is still starting upâ and Iâm thinking well yeah thatâs what happens when the employees are walking in 5 minutes AFTER the store opened at 6. So I continue waiting. At this point thereâs many cars in line waiting. 10 minutes go by and they start taking orders from the OTHER drive through line. 3-4 cars get their orders taken and Iâm still sitting with no one helping me. I try and get their attention to no avail. Iâm forced to go all the way around the building and get BACK in line. After I order my food and get to the window after like 10 others cars got served, i explained my situation and asked if they could score me a discount to account for me waiting 30 minutes and the worker said no I cannot do that. I said well who can I talk to that can help me with that? And she closed the window, spoke over her mic to someone and came back 30 seconds later saying yeah thereâs nothing we can do. No discount. No apology. No nothing. Crappy service overall⌠pretty lame to watch the employees walking in late and then blaming it on the system AND taking everyone elseâs orders first. I will not be retuning to this location. Hopefully they can hire some better...

Google maps and Apple Maps said it was open at the time I went and said it would be open until 12am (I arrived at 7pm). I ordered on the app which went through and told me to pick up at drive through (it didnât say anything about being closed). When I got there everything was locked and they kept shaking their heads at me. They were trying to talk to me through a glass window but I had no idea what they were saying. I pointed at the door and asked to speak because I wanted to know why they closed at 7pm and a solution for my food. They opened the first set of doors but wouldnât open the other which is literally the same as talking through a solid glass window. I assume the manager was the one I was trying to talk to. He was saying some stuff but I couldnât hear him at all. I kept asking to open the other door so we could talk but they kept refusing. I was keeping a respectful distance from the door showing no signs of aggression. I just wanted to know why they closed and how to I get my money back. He said something and then left. They wouldnât come back to talk. Itâs the complete lack of respect and treating someone else as a human being that really got to me. If you can go somewhere else do it.    Read moreI visited McDonaldâs in PC through the drive thru. I ordered a medium coke and when I got to the window the gal handed me a small. I asked her if this was a medium, she said yes. I told her we got a medium soda last night and it was bigger. She asked what we were drinking I told her and she told me to pull up they would bring it out to me. We waited for about 3 minutes and a guy comes out and asked what I was waiting on I told him and he said okay went back in, we waited for another 3-4 minutes. At this point I just went in and tried to ask them for our drink but they all ignored me. A gal walked by me so I asked her if I could get a medium coke that I had ordered at the drive thru she said okay, but never came back. I saw her packing food and getting drinks ready for other orders. After a couple minutes a guy walks be me I asked him if he could help me he said yes we are getting it and just walked away. I finally got the attention of the first gal and said, can I please just get my soda, she said oh yeah and walked over to the machine grabbed the cup that was already filled and handed it to me. They treated me very poor and acted like their mistake was my fault. I know they were all ignoring me on purpose and instead of making it right they made a very poor customer experience.
