McDonald's — Restaurant in Violet Township

John was very rude. After asking about how much an orange juice up charge was, Because I didn’t want the coffee that comes with it. I was told that it was $3.09 which is the regular price. I politely told the lady at the window that I was confused because I thought it would be an up charge and not the full price. She told me she was confused too brought John over. John said that he had my complete order and didn’t understand what the confusion was, but told me to pull up to the window. When I get to the window, John gives me the difference in the prices of the combos so I asked him how much was the upside and he sarcastically stoned off it. Do you want me to do the math for you? He went to go get Back shaking his head as if he were so frustrated by my simple question. That wasn’t my problem that they didn’t know the price of the up charge. Again, I politely said John, what is going on why are you shaking your head at me like you’re frustrated with me and he said I have to keep this line going that’s how I get paid. I understand that and I was not the hold up. I asked a question and your staff did not know the answer. I wasn’t gonna pay 309 for an orange juice. I know that a drink comes with it. I don’t mind paying the up charge. I literally just got off the road from traveling overnight seven hours straight and I did not need bad his energy.

By the way, they forgot my other hashbrowns that comes with the big breakfast, but because he was so nasty I don’t even want to come back and get it...

Super rude and unprofessional, I'm not pretending to have a perfect service, because nobody is perfect. But at least they have to change how they talking with the customers. :/ I have never had a bad experience like this. I always go to that fast food and that has never happened to me. If I could give it zero star I would. I ordered a large number 6 order that cost 7.59, I also ordered 3 McChiken $ 3.00, an extra large coke $ 1.00 and a large fries for $ 2.79. I told my son to go in there because we are missing some French fries, when he enters they tell him that my order only brings one French fry, which is wrong. Because they charged me the combo, plus everything else apart. And the truth is not about the money or the $ 2.79 for the potatoes, it was the attitude of one of the employees. And what if I didn't want to spend that $ 2.79. I turned my back and he kept talking about me, saying: I didn't like people like that, blah blah blah. And I think it's disrespectful. I know that many times customers go with an attitude towards them. But I did not arrive there with any attitude for a child, because I am an adult woman and it is seen that it does not even reach 20 years of age, come to disrespect. They got my order wrong went in to get a filet of fish plain and it ended up having cheese on it. The manager and a guy employee were awesome about it. The lady that took my order was up front when I went inside (I went through drive thru) and started fighting with everyone that a plain filet of fish comes with cheese on it. The other employees were telling her no it comes plain meaning no cheese or tartar sauce. I told them I told her a plain filet, no cheese and no tartar sauce. The employee that took my order started walking away while telling me that next time I don't want cheese to make sure you say no cheese very rudely. I understand mistakes happen but I wasn't rude to her or anyone else. There is no need to be mean or rude. When I was waiting for my food in drive thru before I had to take my sandwich in, the guy that was working the window was holding my bag of food with out it be folded shut - it's wide open - another employee is having him scratch her face close to my bag of food. The girl let's him know I was watching, he hurried up and stopped. Then he grabbed into the ketchup and ranch and put those into my bag with the same hand he was scratching the girls face with. It really grossed me out. I was kind of glad I had to take my sandwich back in. Really disappointed...
