Worst customer service! I arrived @ 6pm with 3 others.. 1st walked in and nobody was there to greet us so we all sat down, a young male was just walking around and watched us stand there and never approached us..a staff member who was outside talking to friends/family walked inside and asked if we had been helped & i said no..so he walked us to a table that had someone's credit card bill on the table (obviously the table wasnt cleaned) he ended up being the bartender.. so he left the bar unattended to go chit chat outside.. Our waiter went to take our order and didnt have a pen so he walked around asking everyone for a pen and nobody had one..ordered our drinks and 3 appetizers.. side salad, fried pickles and chips/salsa..10 min later 3 of our drinks came out which was 1 water and 2 sodas.. 5 min later the fried pickles came out.. at 6:40 the 2nd appetizer came out of chips/salsa.. 10 min later 3/4 food orders came out.. 2 orders of small wings, and a chicken wrap.. now the 4th person is still waiting for their strawberry lemonade drink and their food which was just a chicken Caesar salad.. I go to the woman's bathroom and it was disgusting..toilet paper and trash all over the floor and it stunk.. a staff member walked in which she just came onto shift change.. told her this was gross and she looked like it wasn't the 1st time she had been told that before. My daughters wings were all dry, the wrap/Potato wedges were gross and the size of the wings were ment for a 2 yr old. A staff member approached who seemed to be a mgr..asked if everything was OK and I said no.. I had to ask for napkins and silverware.. when we were almost done w our food then they finally bring out the lemonade and salad.. I told the waiter that I was still waiting on my appetizer which was a side salad but to cancel it bc I didn't want it anymore. I would also complain that some of the staff members should work on their hygiene. Also there was only 5 maybe 6 other customers in there when we got there.. had plenty of staff members even though the young male who looked like a buss boy.. just walking around looking for something to do. I don't do reviews often but now I'm fed up with BWW so here's my only probably last review cause I don't really like typing full dissertations but I think customers should know especially if the prices are high and the quality doesn't match. To start positive the mozzarella sticks are probably the only best thing at BWW literally amazing that's the only reason why I didn't give a 1 star! HOWEVER ,the Traditional Wings are a hit or miss. I stopped eating BWW years ago due to the poor quality wings and the small drips of sauce they put your wings even when requesting "extra wet". After a couple years I thought why not give B dubs another try, worst decision. First I don't mind paying for some high priced wings if they are that good I’ll pay $25 for a 15 piece easily especially with me weight training… who doesn't love wings but it's a problem when the price doesn't match the quality.
Furthermore, after eating with them I had two great batches of boneless wings with my experience with the trash Traditional Wings I wanted to be sure before ordering. Ordered traditional 3 times after everytime they were trash how can y'all undercook, sauce deprive the wings when being a company that is suppose to be KNOWN for wings. Gave the benefit of the doubt the past 3 times but this 4th y'all need better cooks or some type of motivation. I spent $56 on 15 wings and mozzarella sticks nice tip politely requested the extra sauce over the phone with the BWW employee even after all the past incidents I didn't even request for a refund the past times ..."Benefit of the doubt" Ha. It's almost like the only way to get some good wings is if you're dining in and the waitress has an incentive in making sure you get great prep and presentation of your food. Now ordering is a different beast you might get a good batch 1/7 chance if you like those odds go ahead and order if not I recommend just dining in or just order from a more solidified wing spot for delivery like AJ gators ,The Dirty Buffalo,Wing King I would even throw Domoshi and CM chicken in there you get everything you pay for at those places and it's WORTH...
Read moreI would not recommend eating at this location. We placed an order online and when we got there we waited for a while before I told my husband to just go in and pick up the order. That’s when I noticed another man bringing his order back. It turned out that he had gotten the wrong order which was actually our order. The waitress then took the order from him (another customer) and immediately tried to give it to us. DISGUSTING! We are in a pandemic so that was extremely unsanitary. I probably wouldn’t even want it if it wasn’t a pandemic because another person who I didn’t know, had the food in their possession and did God knows what. I then told the waitress I didn’t want the food because I had seen the guy bring it back and she got an attitude. About 10 minutes later, she brought out what we thought was new food. IT WASN’T. It was the old food reheated as we noticed once we had gotten home. The sauce was almost nonexistent (as when you reheat wings the next day) and the fries were inedible. Everything was horrible and we had almost spent $50! So we called and the manager Ryan, said that everything was cooked fresh and he still had the old food. My husband took the food we had back and Ryan brought out a sealed bag saying it was the old food. How?? How did the other customer know it wasn’t his food if he didn’t check the order?? Then another manager who was more pleasant, gave my husband 2 gift cards and a customer service rep told him he would get 2500 blazing points. Now we didn’t ask for any of this, we just wanted our money back. Yesterday my husband inquired about the points and the manager Ryan, emailed him a very unprofessional message basically stating that we were the liars, they did remake food and he insinuated that we were trying to get over on them. He also insinuated that we go to a different location next time and not to go there. We had already planned not to go back because they are disgusting but for him to go out of his way and send that email sealed the deal. I will not be eating BWW ever again. Their wings are mediocre and they’re way better places out there. Not worth the service we got and I will definitely be calling...
