We stopped by one afternoon to get bubble tea here and it wasn’t a great experience. I ordered a fruit tea off the menu which indicated that the drink came with Crystal boba. I added popping bubbles to the drink as well which was an extra charge. When I got my drink, I was disappointed to find there was not any crystal boba in it. Only popping bubbles. I pointed out the error to the lady (she seemed like she was some kind of manager/owner) and she acknowledged that the menu said crystal boba included in the drink but confirmed that my drink only comes with popping bubbles. I’ve ordered many bubble teas in my life and in what shop does ordering an extra topping somehow replace the included topping. If I pay extra for it, I expect to get it in addition. The encounter just left a sour taste and I won’t be back. It wouldn’t have taken them much to resolve it and give the customer the benefit of doubt but their response just made it seem like they don’t care to capture their customers. It’s unfortunate, we go to va beach a lot and I had high hopes for having a go to bubble tea beach spot. Not to mention it was also pricey and...

Ordered spicy fried chicken, ramen w/shrimp tempura, fruit tea and milk boba tea. The fried chicken was good, but definitely needed more sauce (other domoishi gave a good amount). Ramen I didn't taste but kids devoured it. The shrimp tempura was placed in the same container rather than separated so it was soggy upon arriving back at the hotel. The fruit tea (passion fruit /lychee jelly) was deliciously refreshing. The milk boba...
Read moreI’m not going to lie it was really bad. My sisters and I got the ramen and were really excited. We were on vacation so we thought we would try something new. The noodles seemed like the instant ones you could buy from the store. One of my sisters got a boba tea and the other got a smoothie. Those were alright but nothing overly special. It was way to expensive for something I could buy at a grocery store. At first you come in and you order everything through a computer so there really isn’t any talking to the employees. This kind of bothered me because I’m huge on...
