Rolling Bowl ice cream — Restaurant in Virginia Beach

We were super excited to try this place after we found out about it through a coupon book. I let my two daughters go in to buy themselves a Boba Tea, and they were both very excited to use their coupon to help pay for the transaction. The sales staff refused to honor the coupon because of a small tear from ripping it out of the book. My girls were very disappointed and embarrassed with the whole situation, but not nearly as disappointed as we were with the lackluster, flavorless boba tea and ice cream that they were served after they paid the full price. We had heard that rolled ice cream was good. So we had to stop in to try it. They have a number of different flavors and options. Part of the experience is watching them make the ice cream right in front of you. It was very good.

Absolute great experience!! I had a niece who is highly allergic to nuts (peanuts, cashews, coconut, you name it) and she couldn't stop wanting to try rolled ice cream. The workers went above and beyond to wash all the utensils, defrost the rolling station, and allow her to enjoy the experience. Great way to end our trip!
