Bibibap has quickly become one of our family’s favorite fast-casual restaurants — and that’s saying a lot, since our daughter has celiac disease and eating out can be stressful. Their kitchen is a validated gluten-free facility through GFFS.org, which gave us instant peace of mind. Safety here isn’t just lip service; it’s the foundation of everything they do.

On top of that, the food is fresh and genuinely delicious. The ingredients were vibrant and colorful, and we even watched them making fresh sweet potato noodles as we walked in.

My daughter raves about the miso-glazed salmon, and every protein we’ve tried has been perfectly cooked. The sauces are incredible too — the YumYum sauce in particular deserves a shoutout.

Service is quick, casual, and perfect for when you’re in a rush or traveling — which is usually when eating out with celiac feels the most complicated. The customization is also a big win, since everyone in our family can build exactly what they want.

For anyone with celiac, or even just looking for a fast, healthy, flavorful meal, Bibibap is a gem. We’re so grateful a restaurant like this exists, and we hope this location gets all the business it deserves so it can stick around for...

Bibibop has gained a new fan! I love any build-your-own concept and their Korean-inspired ingredients are just fantastic. I've been to both the Dupont location and the Georgetown one, and I really prefer this one. However, that's just because there is a lot more room in this one; it feels more open and the dining area isn't as crowded.

In my bowl: noodles, bean sprouts, steak, daikon, cucumber, kale, and eggs topped with their famous Yum Yum sauce and sesame ginger

Don't forget to stop by the condiments counter and choose to add sesame oil, soy sauce, sriracha, or sesame seeds! They even have pumping containers full of all the sauce options from behind the counter.

Each ingredient is fresh, flavorful, and oh-so satisfying. Did I mention...FREE miso soup. Sign me up!

My one complaint is the way their lids fit on the to-go bowls. I had mine in a bag but by the time I got home a ton of sauce had spilled out and drenched the bottom of the bag. Maybe it was a user error, but just be careful if you're taking it to-go!

The staff is so incredibly nice. You're welcomed with a smile and each person seems genuinely happy while working. I will happily...

The concept is a Chipotle-like when you are ordering a burrito ball. You simply combine ingredients in a ball, add some sauce and up you go. The food is really good and the Asian spices and flavors are distinctively present. My only complaint is the guy behind the counter serving you. With all due respect and I mean no criticism for a race or a culture, I believe the owners opted to “make it authentic” and brought what may be an Asian chef who serves you. What they ended up is someone with an attitude like the “soup Nazi” with a very thick accent. I was literally the only one ordering with not a single person behind me or before me. The guy was so short tempered because I asked about 2 ingredients that I had no clue what they were. Some people may enjoy the “adventure,” but I may be old school and I prefer the food as well the service to be both...

Super delicious! In a world of "build your bowl" style restaurants, these guys really stand out. Ingredients were very fresh and unique -- the pickles, the sauces, all of it was great. The free miso soup was actually pretty tasty, too. Only complaint is that they move FAST. I asked 2 questions about ingredients ("Is that a pickled cabbage?") and it was registered as "I want that cabbage". Not sure if it was a language barrier issue, or just that they move more quickly than allowing for folks to ask questions. Either way, it was all delicious.
