Have eaten here for years, most experiences were great. Over the past couple of months, however, any consideration towards quality or customer service has been abandoned.
Our last two orders were particularly bad, with sandwiches just made wrong (missing or extra toppings, not cut, etc.). The wraps were disastrous, being over sauced, sloppy messes, falling apart. We called the store time before last to simply inform them of our experience, speaking to the self identified store manager. The last time, we called to request a refund on the worst items, and were informed the best they could do was to credit us for the next one.
Tonight, when attempting to place another order, against our better judgement, we're told there is no credit and proceeded to argue with my wife and refuse to do anything more.

   Read moreI have been ordering delivery from this location since I have moved in and have had no issues up until now. They are telling me I am outside their deliver zone. Only 5 minutes away. Horrible manager, after charging my card he said "sorry, I will refund the charge but it will take 5 business days for the refund". I will never go to Jimmy Johns again. Worst customer service!
After I posted this, I received a call back in 2 minutes. They informed me that It would be another branch that takes my order now even though they are further away. What a joke. I will take my business elsewhere.

   Read moreI'm done trying to get food delivered from this location. We ordered food for 10 on a Saturday at 1pm, so a large order at a busy time. And hour later I called and the manager told me she was the only delivery person and they had a rush to get through. Then they called us and told us they had to make more bread. 3:15 rolls around and the food hadn't even been prepared yet and we cancelled the order. It's not uncommon for delivery orders to take over an hour and we've had our orders wrong several times at this location. It's clear that walk-ins get first priority, so if there is never a lull in service, your online order is never getting made.
