I am a regular at this McDonald's. I've been going here for nearly 16 months. Most mornings my only order is a losey cup of coffee. If there's a line, rather than just give me the coffee, I have to wait until my number comes up in the pecking order to get it. If this isn't bad enough, management now enforces a 30 minute rule. I am homeless and this rule is clearly only enforced against the homeless. While I clearly understand that a few homeless are causing problems (panhandling, screwing up the rest rooms, sleeping in the boothes) I've NEVER done any of those things and always clean up after myself as well (something many non-homeless patrons do not do). All this began about the time the skinny black woman, supposedly named "Casey" took over as manager. Yet while she has decided to declare war on the homeless (a type of bigotry in an of itself) she also is only hiring blacks to work the restaurant. I've read the reviews above and a majority are not favorable. I see someone named "Google user" has made several favorable entries. Out of the 30 reviews posted, this person's opinion accounts for a total of 1/6th the comments and ratings. Pretty amazing that someone would feel it so necessary to boost the ratings artificially. Notice that they're all entered about the same time too. Is that you Casey? Aside from the bigotry, mismanagement is the storyline. Shortages of supplies and food items not uncommon with the manager leaving the restaurant at any given moment to borrow stuff from other locations, that is of course, when she isn't jumping in her mini van to run her kids around all over town during working hours. Claiming 27 years of working with McDonald's, Casey's approach to having any customers at all, let alone any satisfied ones is a subject which might require a government funded university science research project to understand her ideas....or the ownership could just recognize what a piece of whale turd she is and replace her with someone who will actually increase business by adding to the customer base rather than chasing the regulars all away. On one occasion only myself and one other person were in the entire premises. But we had overstayed our 30 minutes and were told to leave or be banned for life. Read moreIve came to this mcdonalds twice in a weeks time and within those two times i've ordered pretty much the same thing with a couple variances. I always get the bacon smokehouse burger, each time i've gotten this it tastes stale and uncooked or made with extra ingredients that were not on nor asked for. I got the mushroom swiss and it had 1 mushroom and bacon on it. This last time i've gone, it seemed as if there was a new guy running the drive through. Granted he might've been and it was hard to hear over the train, the order was right when i got the overall price. But after i had pulled up to pay i never received my receipt to make sure what i got was right, because of the last time i went the order was wrong, so i could not verify i got what i had paid for. im only giving it one star cuz there is one manager that is always super friendly and keeps a smile on her face each time i come up to here.if there was an option for a personal review id give her 5 stars and the store as an entirety no stars at all. Each experience is good, but when you see manager Nick Rogers it will for sure be a great experience. Dude is on top of it all and his crew seems happy as well.
Always helpful and even with this rough location for a mcds they are always cleaning to keep it as good as possible.

Edit 2/19/20 Finances are low and today is one of the worst days I've had in a while. All I wanted was to get away from work for a moment and get a hot sandwhich, but all I kept thinking about was fries. I came in, I never present myself as one who is leaving reviews, I ordered my single mcChicken and waited patiently. Not long after that I was presented with my sandwich and a small gift.. It's taking everything that I have to not cry right here in this McDonalds.. I'm so appreciative.
