I’ve eaten at all of the famous cheesesteak places throughout the Delaware Valley & South Jersey! I know what a good cheesesteak is & should be! Ask anyone who knows cheesesteaks and/or subs and they will tell you although the quality of the steak or deli meats are important, it all starts with the bread! Liscio’s supplies Tony Lukes, Gino’s & Pats, White House uses the AC bread & Primos uses Licio’s too! Steve’s roll in my opinion was on the same level as Amaroso which is bottom shelf in this world! Very disappointed in the quality of the bread, but in all fairness too I did take 6 sandwiches to go 5 of which were cheesesteaks! It probably would have tasted better if I sat there to eat! The meat portion was good & tasty as ribeye should be, the wait time was a little slow but not terrible, my FF were done 12-14 minutes before my sandwich’s so they were a little soggy when I got home but not the end of the world & the service was very pleasant & upbeat which is a big plus! Lastly I ordered one Sub which was just ok, no better than the WaWa but then again I was at a cheese Steak establishment! Would I come back, probably at some point but it won’t be a priority! So, so, Sorry to give a legendary Philly name in Cheesesteaks a 2 star but I can't do any better. I'm only givin' a 2 and not a 1 because maybe I got here on an off day. They have a window which you can watch them grill the steaks. In my opinion, if I was grilling steaks they way they did that day, I'd have the privacy shades down. Pre-sliced and most likely frozen slices of meat. They flip it wit a hamburger spatula! What da'?! They layer it on the unimpressive roll and boom what they call a Philly Steak is served. The cheese was lumpy and not fully melted, the meat was tough, it was kinda' like being served a Steak-umm but unfortunately a Streak-umm is better. Look, it ain't often I cant finish anything let alone a Cheesesteak but I couldn't finish. Sorry again but as a lifelong Philly Cheesesteak eater I can't in good conscience recommend this location and then someone who's never had a Philly Cheesesteak goes her and has the same low quality steak I had. In my opinion they wouldn't never try another...

So we tried them. First I called to place my order. They said orders are at the window only. My husband drove there after my 4 year old grandson tee ball game placed the ordered and waited. My grandson ( at 4 years old) had to use the bathroom. My husband's went to the window to ask if he could use the bathroom. The kid at the window said yes then the manager from the back yelled up. No bathroom can be used ( Again a 4 year old). He put him the car. Had to drive to Wawa to use there bathroom he went back to get the steaks sandwich’s. If he didn't pay for them yet he would have never returned. Got home to have the most disgusting steak sandwich I have ever eaten. Horrible and not just because of the bathroom issue.
