Starbucks — Restaurant in Williams

This review is actually for the Safeway. The Starbucks is inside. Safeway has everything you would want, including a water-fill dispenser on the outside, propane tank exchange. Nice deli, discount specials. Oh and I signed up for their online purchases and got $30 off for my first pickup, which they had already for me and brought it out to the car in about 2 minutes after arrive there. Entered my parking space number, and I texted them. Unorganized and unsanitary. Ordered to many peoples drinks a head of what they could handle. Waited 45 minutes for our drinks then they started serving people who were FOUR orders behind us. Grabbing cup in the rim with bare handles, no hand washing after using register even after handling cash. Grabbing peoples food with bare hands. Gave attitude when asked for a refund since it didn't seem like we were going to get served. Normally starbucks has wonderful customer service but this one needs some more training or employees who are gonna...

They need to have more than one employee running this. Williams is tourist destination & us tourists like our Starbucks and it shouldn't take a half hour to grab coffee. Poor employee was very nice despite they long line . I was overcharged here. Please teach employees how to properly ring up iced espresso. They are charging it as a "iced doubleshot" which is the canned drink poured over ice. My venti iced espresso rang up to over 8 dollars because they don't know what they are doing. Very irritated long time...
