Worst customer service I have ever received in Wisconsin dells. I asked for the price of THC. When she mentioned the price I said it’s costly. And she said good luck you won’t find it cheaper at any other place. Which is completely fine (She has her opinion and I have mine). However afterwards there is a customer who came in and the lady along with the customer made fun of me. Smirked. When I asked politely their opinion on why they won’t get this cheaper anywhere else! The way she responded could not sit well with me. I don’t think it will sit well with anyone. You can’t joke about a customer with another customer. After leaving the store I came back again and asked her I asked her name write a review. Because I saw her joking and smirking with the other customer, especially back talking. She lied that she did not do it and when I said I saw you doing it… she said it’s end of my shift I want to go home (clear misdirection to say that she did) and a confession for that matter. And that doesn’t give the right to do what she did. The lady is wearing a pink top and this happened on august 16th around 10 pm. Probably Romanian. If you are the owner or manager of this place reading this review. Train your employees to treat everyone regardless of color & knowledge the same way. And most importantly respect and not joke about them behind their back with other customers. Treat every customer the same way. Actually Treat every customer as an equal person !!!!

One is not better than the other because they know something about a product. If this is the way you treat people who ask for something they don’t know about …… who trained you! When I asked for the employees name to write a review… She just yelled and kept yelling from the window. I would again find this as a sign for misdirection. Extremely disappointed especially like everyone is so sweet all over the stores in downtown. If you are the owner reading this…google reviews don’t give a way to comment each other. This is my perspective and obviously talking with your employee they would give theirs. However I hope you have a impartial way of learning what happened. I literally got out of the store and wrote this review few minutes after it. That’s how bad it is.

Edit - after the reply from the the owner or I believe the lady itself. This is not an exaggeration. I don’t know when the word of Bangkok was used in convo at all. If it did, it should have happened between the lady and other customer. (As I said I left and came back as I was disrespected - so may be the convo happened then). Two things visible on the reply - you said yes fun was made on you. Second you dismissing a prospective customers concern by ORDERING them to delete their review. Considering this reply came right after I posted my review (in minutes) the lady is either the manager or owner.

Also people (at least myself) would not buy from you if you disrespect them. And I do have the right to review because I am a potential customer. At the same time you can’t order others if they can write a review or not.

I asked for an impartial opinion which did not happen. If you had cameras you would know. This review stays and I would not put faith into this establishment or...

What an absolute disgusting attitude from the lady taking orders and making food. There was only one when we walked in monday morning so not sure if there are other nicer ones at other times. We ordered breakfast sandwich and strawberry waffle to go. I saw a little display with salt, pepper flakes, cheese and what not and took one red pepper flakes packet and pointed to my boyfriend and said look what they have, u can put on your sandwich. So then when our food arrived she handed over the bar for us to get it, although i did see her carry food to other table. At that time we told her we ordered to go, she said we could have told her that when ordering. She proceeded to dump our food in the white containers. I said to her we did tell you it was to go, at that point she said "oh i must have not heard you, i was busy watching you steal pepper packet". So i asked are paying customers not allowed to take these, she said yes but maybe if you ordered pizza. Well excuse us for liking food spicy but i guess we will go elsewhere where little packets are provided for paying customers and we are not accused of stealing something thats displayed...

Overpriced and mediocre.

Its a very small place and while it was relatively clean looking, I wouldn't recommend eating here with any more than 4 people because there isn't much seating. The menu is very limited, which is fine but what we did get wasn't very good. We got 3 sandwiches, 2 BBQ Chicken and 1 Ham and Swiss. All of them were lukewarm at best. For the price, there was nothing special about the sandwiches. It was just the meat and the sauce and some cheese thrown on a plain hoagie roll for the BBQ Chicken. The BBQ sauce wasn't very flavorful and the chicken was gristly on mine. The ham and swiss was ok, same plain hoagie roll and meat and cheese and tomato, which was a nice addition, but since it was lukewarm to cold, it didn't taste that good. It probably would have been better if they just served it cold. For the prices, I would have expected at least Panera level of quality and this was far from that. One of our party got a bubble waffle and I thought it was good, but not worth...
