Great place to eat! Well worth your while to find it and stop in. Good food, good price, good quantities and good service! What's all the review fuss?? I read a lot of reviews on this restaurant and I just don't understand most of the bad reviews I do understand the good reviews. And of course at some point and time there will be a legitimate bad review because people do make mistakes or circumstances that perfect people just wouldn't think about. I eat at this restaurant quite often and it is always good and I ALWAYS get plenty to eat along with great service. I am quite observant so I also notice everyone else getting plenty to eat and good service. The portions are good and if you are eating off of the buffet there is always plenty of food. The buffet is just like any others, the amounts in each pan and how long it was out there depends on the amount of traffic they have at that particular time. I just recently had a combo plate and it was absolutely delicious! The cost may seem a little high to some people but the portions of food was huge and considering that I could barely finish half so I had a complete full meal to take home made the price very reasonable. The picture I am posting of it was after I already ate a lot off of the plate. It drives me crazy when I am there during busy times and I see these huge groups come in with lots of kids and have the buffet and argue with the waitress about how many they should be billed for because the kids are small and they didn't eat and the food wasn't good and so on. YET, I observed all of them eat like they have not eaten in days and all the kids ran back and forth to the buffet numerous times and wasting most of the food they took. To top it all off, the group left a complete mess and didn't want to pay their bill. OR, I have actually seen some people order off the menu, eat half of what they ordered, told the waitress it was not what they ordered, got another full plate of food and ate all of it, then told the waitress it was no good and should not have to pay! Then I read the reviews and am amazed that any of these people have the nerve to post a bad review after eating that much. As far as the buffet, each person can see the buffet and the price before they sit down so why would they stuff themselves and then complain about the food and the bill? Enough of my rant, here is my synopsis; Great place to eat. Good food, good service and good price. Some bad customers looking for a free meal and to take advantage of a foreign culture and when it didn't work went home and left a bad review.

Found this little place that's in an old Wendy's building just off the exit to the freeway. The buffet was not in service when I stopped in at 6pm on a Monday night, it was menu order only but that wasn't a huge deal. The lady behind the counter was super sweet and very attentive. I have a ton of cooking experience, and making my own chinese food from scratch so I know a thing or two about food prep. I say that to preface telling you that while the quality and flavor of the food was definitely very tasty and hot, I'm reasonably certain that it is pre-made and held in the fridge until ordered then tossed in the wok to reheat. There's no other way in my experience that I can order Happy Family and in maaaybe 4 minutes it comes out to the table piping hot except for the still ice cold piece of broccoli and one cold carrot lol. All that being said, the food was very tasty and I do recommend it. I've certainly had waaay worse chinese food, this is very good, probably a 9.5 on a 10 scale decent. It was a tad bit pricier than I'm used to at $28.18 for an order of crab rangoon, a mountain dew and the Happy Family dish with white rice, but again it was very tasty and I'm actually thankful for the speed in which it was served as I'm traveling through. Very quiet and clean and overall a good place, give it a shot.

I went with my father to this location tonight. I'm not from here but do eat Chinese 2 to 4 times a month and this was more expensive with a lower selection. I believe if this location had more shrimp and a larger selection the store would have more customers with better review's. Having ice cream and even a selection of puddings would help. The staff are nice, did feel alittle bit at the beginning of being told that I need to move for a worker a little rude as I came to spend 30 bucks. After that the staff was very nice and my father left a tip of 5 dollars. Sometimes change will hold together an company than the failure of not taking care of the customer wants-----a wise restaurant owner

Just recently I came to this buffet and eat with my friends. When we were done eating, we all were doing separate pays. Two of my friends was ahead of me paying. When it was my turn, I was paying for my boyfriend and I. The total were $27.77. The lady who helped us was a old Chinese lady with short hair. I first gave her $27 in her hand, while searching back in my purse to get .77 cent. She specifically told me that I just need to give her .77 cent to finish my pay. While I was searching in my purse, what happened she did not put my friends money in the cash register before helping me. So while I was getting .77 cent, she was distracted talking to another co-worker and collected my money along with the earlier pays into the cash register. Then when I handed her the cent, she said I did not pay. She said I did not give her any money. I told her I did have her $27 and that's why she said I just needed .77 cent. My boyfriend, my friend, and I claim that I did specially gave her the money. All she said in return was, " Oh please, there are a lot of people paying ahead and waiting in line, I cannot give her the money since she don't have in her hand. If she did it would be on her hand". I told her that maybe she mistake and put it into the register along with my friends pay. She kept in insist with a sarcastic way and so my boyfriend had enough and gave her another extra $27 to finish the pay. I am not only disappointing but was mad. I don't have respect to this place or the workers. She was irresponsible. To this situation, I can simply say that buffet wants to cheat my money and isn't professional. A responsible and professional workers would take care of the situation better. This place is not worth of anyone's money. I won't ever come back to this place. And after reviewing this buffet, if the "Owner" or "Manager" still wants to reply their customer in a unprofessional way, then that is the main reason why there's no customer supporting. I've never seen a buffet or restaurant reply in such ways for their customers as if we are nothing to them. We as the customers are everything to them because you guys make money based on us. Please change and be...

Horrible! First place we stopped when we arrived to the dells, on our family vacation. It was myself and my husband, along with our three children (18, 11, 2). We came all the way from just south of Chicago and we were hungry! Walked in, it was average. Definitely the smallest buffet we have seen, and the price was posted at $10.99 per person. We were seated and asked about drinks, it was great when they said that apple juice was available (this is why I gave 2 stars, instead of just 1). We go explore and NOTHING was labeled. So, we all get some food and sit down. For some of the stuff just coming from the back, the noodles had old hard crunchy parts. What we thought was chicken ended up being tofu. My 2 year old wouldn't eat the food, I think he had a piece of broccoli, but he's a toddler. Lol My daughter grabbed a little cup of ice cream, that they have available in a little deep freezer. It was crystallized and freezer burnt. So, we were over it after less that 2 servings each. I go to the counter to pay and the total was $76 and change!! I was confused and she says, "oh, we add tip." Not anywhere in this place does it say they automatically add gratuity! And 15% at that! To clear the few plates and refill 2 drinks... 15%! And on top of that, they charge FULL PRICE for a 2 year old! They also charge for refills. When I advised that they never expressed that tip is automatic all the woman did was laugh at me. She asked how the food was I said mediocre at best and that we would NOT be coming back. She just laughed, took my card, and said "okay, you no come back, that's okay." I couldn't believe it, not even an I'm sorry that you didn't enjoy the food, or anything. So, the just of it is. If you're in the mood for overpriced mediocre food with average service, this is your place. Otherwise, there are a TON of other places around that were so...
