Went thru drive thru on 9/15/25. Placed my order and with senior discount it came to 29.17. I wasn’t paying a lot of attention at first when I had the money ready cause I seen it on the screen where u read your order. Anyways, I handed my money, a $20 and a $10 to girl at window. She informs me that the total is $39.17. I’m thinking rather expensive, but get another $10 out of my wallet and hand it to her. And say to my daughter that don’t seem right so I ask for the receipt and yes the total was 29.17. By then we were in the waiting line. Say something to deliverer, and he gets the manager. This guy…lol…can’t do basic math. But takes my number and says will call in morning after checking register. Mind you I’ve been going to this Culver’s almost on a daily basis. Spend too much money there! Well won’t anymore! Guy calls me and says he watched the camera which I can tell he didn’t. But states the register didn’t have an extra $10 in it. He tell me the change I got back was….get this…..$1 and change. So tells me he didn’t watch camera and can’t subtract. I would and did only get loose change back. So the chic at window ripped me off $10. But he wasn’t calling me a “liar”. Sure buddy. Go learn basic math. You obviously aren’t cut out to be a manager if you can’t see me on camera, going back into my wallet and handing her the extra money and you tell the customer basically that she’s a liar. Read morei would just want to start this off by saying i work at culvers in onalaska ( near lacrosse wisconsin) and have worked there for almost 2 years and i 100% understand the difficulties that come with running a restaurant. with that being said it was monday night and we waited 25 minutes ( and so did other people around us ) for our food, and all it was, was a single deluxe, onion ring, tenders, and a dish of fod. and i would have been fine with it, if everyone wasn’t just standing there, me personally when i work in onalaska everyone is breaking a sweat within a hour of working. the runners were slowly walking, set was constantly standing there, and when the register people were not busy they continued to stand there instead of running orders, knowing that the longest thing on that order was the 3 minute time for onion rings our order should have been out in a max of f 10 minutes. it was prime dinner so it was kinda busy but nothing horrible. not to mention while we were ordering i noticed 4 people standing near the order taker/ drive cashier area. i’m understanding of the situation if it would have been like 15 minutes but even after 25 minutes we didn’t even get a apology. very...
Read moreThis was an unpleasant experience because of multiple reasons, starting with the service if I could give it no stars I would the girl who took my order would stare at us when we were waiting for her to give us the receipt, we ended up asking for it and before we did she said "um hello". Secondly when I went to use my scoopy "tokens" from my bag of food, I ordered two ice creams (flavor of the day and a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge), the people we were eating with ordered a couple minutes before us, we waited 10 minutes and their ice cream came out we asked if our ice cream is coming and he said it will be out in a couple minutes, we waited 15 more minutes and it still hadn't come out, I ended up going up to the counter to ask them if I could have my ice cream, we told them that we waited for 25 minutes and the guy went up to a lady and said "apparently they have been waiting 45 minutes for there ice cream" we told them we didn't wait that long but would still like our ice cream, he told us they already did we told them that the people we were with got there's but we didn't, we went back and forth a little bit more and ended up leaving with...
