Extremely disgusted I was already unimpressed with the corny jokes and insinuations that lumberjacks are complete idiots (according to their little skits) but I came with 4 children 4 little black girls that screamed and shouted they were the ONLY ones jumping up and down and cheering the entire show without being asked they genuinely supported these airbags and each time they were looked over and passed up on a PIECE OF FRICKIN WOOD and it seemed to consistently be given to some little Caucasian boy and I didn’t just assume I simply noticed it when they literally asked for the kids to jump and the one boy who did not jump instead had his hands in his shirt got the token award and I immediately had enough we LEFT and will never be back you don’t treat children like that it wasn’t a big audience AT ALL we sat directly in the center and as I said my children and one specifically was the FIRST ONE TO JUMP AND SHOUT AND SCREAM so she was SEEN and I know she was these airbags just cater to the audience they want... I got 2 more days in this place I just hope the other shows aren’t as horrible and bias as this one completely upset I wasted even an hour of my day on this simple BS...
Read moreEnjoyed a wonderful show today by all 4 of these lumberjacks. My wife surprised my 4 year old daughter and myself by taking us to a Paul Bunyan's Lumberjack show in Wisconsin Dells. They preformed all types of events like speed chopping wood, race climbing up poles, throwing axes at targets, raced around and thru obsticales, rolling water logs and so much more. They narrated a funny comical show throughout getting the crowd constantly involved. It was a great overall show that i think would be fun for any family with kids or just...
Read moreReally fun show to watch. They have a bit of acting and pretend scenes, but the competition stuff was real. Each lumberjack was trying their hardest and the host waited till each guy was done the activity. The host was very good at narrating what was going on and giving a little history to the town and lumberjacks. One of them got hurt from the tree climbing and rode off in an ambulance. Every one of them handled it very well, no big exclamations or hiding it. They explained what happened and took a short break to help the guy, then continued the show with 1 man down. I hope he's feeling better.
Oh! During the intermission, they had the kids use the 2 person saw. One of the lumberjacks went into the audience...
