I made an order on the app. Got my order. It had a fairly large bundle of hair. Right in the middle of a piece of pizza. I called the store to make a complaint which I don't do very often, but as to the amount was vary large I decided to call. First person tells me they are having technical difficulties and I need to call back. I let her know I'm calling with a complaint and I need a manager. She says ok, and withing 10 seconds the line disconnects.
I immediately call back. As the new person starts "Thank you for calling pizza hut, will this be for carry out or deliv...." a new person interrupts with "How can I help you?"
I explain my problem, tell him I have a picture I can bring up to him. He says "no, would you like a refund?" I tell him yes because I can't eat this. He then asks do I want a refund on just he pizza or the whole order? I tell him the whole order. He takes my number season it will take 2-3 days.
On day 4 I call back to let them know I still haven't received my refunded. The gm I talked to was very polite and did her best. But after 30 mins of being on hold and being told my refund was going to be made I check my card and another 45$ was taken out. The only money that is set to be refunded was the money taken the day I called. I spent 30 mins with my card holder to make sure this was correct. I'm sorry to say I've now lost 45$ for food that was inedible.
Sad for how much I like Pizza Hut but I wont be ordering...

I was thinking about ordering pizza tonight. We used to love the pizza here. When Pizza Hut revamped their menu not that long ago they really did a great job in the beginning (Say about 6-10 months ago. But for whatever reason the quality just went down hill. Wrong items ordered, pretzel crust was not even close to the way it was supposed to be etc. etc.. My wife and I agreed to just stop ordering from there. We have been ordering from Marco's which is good but not as good as Pizza Hut's new menu on a good day.
I have put positive feedback in on FB in the past but now it's time for a little negative feedback. I was thinking about ordering pizza tonight until I read these reviews. It is valid at certain Pizza Huts of which the one located on Garth Brook in Yukon OK was included and was valid through 4/1/20. It was valid on carry out or delivery only. I entered my order on line and entered the code but was then sent to a custom order page (I already entered the order). After trying a second time with no success, I called the store and explained my issue and they took the order over the phone and the manager could override the charge. When I arrived to pick up my order, I showed the employee the email I received who in turn showed it to someone supposedly “in charge”. Both refused to alter the price as I had been told.
