That pungent, urinal-cake odor that hit me the moment I walked in the door should have been my first red flag. But here I was, in Yukon at the lunch hour and it "seemed" ok, right? Wrong! No hostess was there to greet me. I asked if we were to seat ourselves and a woman - presumably a server - stepped up and found me a seat. I really wanted to order some enchiladas, read my paper and split. But that was not to be. Finally, a young man showed up, presumably to take my order. Alas, his eyes were darting here and there, not looking at me at all. It was incredibly rude and dismissive, particularly as I tried to get him to explain to me what was available in the enchiladas, as the menu was lacking in anything resembling an explanation as to what enchiladas were offered. I finally told the guy that his behavior was rude and made me want to get up and leave. He said that's just the way he is ... sorry. Okay. Well, I got a beer and water and finally I noticed a woman who turned out to be the manager. She was cold and disinterested in my concerns as a customer. I've never seen anything like it. Amidst this lunch hour chaos, NOBODY seemed to know what the hell was going on. I asked for my check, but my server never returned. I said it loud enough that the manager said "don't worry about it." I think it was more to get me out the door, than anything. I will never return to an Alfredo's ever again and I will be spreading the word...
Read moreNoticed this place next to where I had an appointment, and we thought we'd check it out for lunch. Sooooo glad we did!! Now it was super busy for lunch, but the staff was able to handle it. The service was fast. Next to no wait time for our food after our delicious complimentary bowl of chips, fresh homemade tortillas, fresh salsa, and cheese sauce were served. Pepsi products, which was fine. I was talking to our server as we were still there enjoying our food while the lunch crowd thinned, and I was talking about how amazing it was to watch them move so fast helping everyone. He said that they understand that most people only have a 30 min to 45 min lunch break, and so they want to make sure that their customers are able to enjoy their meal and not be rushed. I told him our whole experience was amazing. So if you're planning on visiting during lunch and they come by and ask you a couple of times if you're ready to order, they aren't rushing you, they trying to cater to your time frame. They don't know if you're on your lunch break or are just passing through and have more time. Food was amazing, great atmosphere and we recommend if you're in the area to give this place a try. We will be back with the rest of the family! Plenty of parking, wheelchair accessible, they have baby carrier holders for your little ones and...
Read moreI ordered the nachos, paid extra for the beef. It came out on three really large chips. It was just fajita meat and melted cheese. Like ..that's it and rice and beans. I stopped the waited and said excuse me is this all with the nachos? Like no pico or sour cream or jalapenos?? He said no, that's extra. Like wow really. You guys are fking cheap. One beer and the nachos was over 20 dollars and this isn't nachos. The manager came by and then I mentioned that I was upset with the plate because I ordered nachos and all I got was melted cheese on meat on three chips. Like there's no toppings at all and I was like he told me that it would be extra to even get jalapenos and she said yes. Then I go to the bathroom and use the restroom and mounted to the wall is a picture of food and it says the perfect setup. Guess what It had relish with jalapenos What makes this whole thing stupid is that they could have at least gave me relish to put on the nachos but they didn't even think to offer me that anyways I will never go back to another Alfredo's. If you want real nachos go to Louie's down the street I spent $15 and a pile of nachos with over seven different toppings all over it and it was enough to feed three or four people easy. Alfredo's food is garbage. I didn't even...
