With 7 years of experience working in coffee farms and years more in coffee shops and teaching workshops, Mr.Dang walked us through the ingredients and process of hot and cold versions of Vietnamese vin coffee, egg coffee and coconut coffee. He explained the history of coffee in Vietnam and showed us the correct and incorrect ways to make each type. Mr Dang’s session was very informative and he tried to make it interactive for the little one. He was very patient. When he realised the children didn’t quite liked coffee he substituted the children’s drink and they made egg hot chocolate instead :)
As for the adults , we loved the Vietnamese egg coffee . We learnt plenty about the history of Vietnamese coffee , coffee beans and the right way to make Vietnamese drip coffee.
